    Do you have any tattoos and piercings? Why or why not?
    Do you think differently of people who are covered in tattoos or have a lot of piercings?
    Should people have to cover up their tattoos or take out their piercings at work? What would you allow to be the exception to this rule?

    If you do have tattoos/piercings, feel free to show them off or talk about them!
     
    Nooooo thank you. I'm not a fan of piercings or tattoos on myself. I think tattoos suit different people and I can appreciate a person with a tattoo that suits them. I just don't particularly fancy the concept of thick rods of metal piercing through my flesh, or having a needle lacerate my skin and inject what is essentially toxins into it.
     
    I finally just got my ear lobes pierced 2 years ago. It was a major step. {XD} I hate needles or anything like that.

    I would love love love to have a tattoo...but...just gotta do it...

    I LOVE tattoos on other people. I like ear piercings, but not so much anything else.
     
    None for me, thanks. Tattoos just don't appeal. If they do for you then more power to you. As long as it's not something obscene then I don't see why you should have to cover it up, but I guess it's still seen as "unprofessional" by a lot of people. Kinda silly since so many people have tattoos.

    Nope I don't have any and will never get any. I would never put a bumper sticker on a Mercedes-Benz. (By this I don't mean that there aren't beautiful tattoos)

    I don't think differently of people who have them and will treat them the same way as any other person. I might think they're overdoing tattoos or piercings but I won't judge them for it. And I have no problem with them showing it, and no they shouldn't have to cover them or take them off. It's their body. Piercings anywhere but on the ears are quite the turnoff for me though...
     
    got normal lobe piercings when i was 10
    a lil tattoo on my ankle last year- just lineart of a turtle
    and another piercing on my right lobe a few weeks ago
    ive got plans for other tattoos and ear piercings

    i dont think anyone should have to take out their jewelry unless there is a health hazard or whatever. like restricting to studs makes sense enough for most places. and tattoos as long as they arent inaproppriate language or art who care
     
    I currently have four piercings (all lobes), three on left, one on right. When I'm old enough, I would like to get a somewhat small tattoo (more of an icon, really). Maybe of something space-related, as I've always been interested in that.
     
    Interested in piercings but not to a point where I want to do anything at this point in time.

    Tattoos however are totally something I wanna do one day, I have a few planned out. Dunno how many I wanna do or where exactly I want to put them, but it'll happen.
    - a Harley tattoo with this sort of design in mind (risque but not explicitly 'offensive'), in a coverable place. Maybe my ankle.
    - The Capsule Corp logo below my neck in the middle of my shoulders, or the Red Ribbon Army logo instead.
    - I'd like this artwork of Lorelei to go somewhere, but idk where it would go.
    - Same with the Xenomorph. Maybe above my ass.
     
    I've been wanting to get basic lobe piercings for a while. Maybe this year will finally be the year?

    Tattoos are something I'm still kind of iffy on though. For the longest time I didn't have any interest in them at all. But I recently thought it would be an interesting challenge to design simple, small, iconic representations of things that are important to me on my forearm. So I could literally have my heart on my sleeve, if you will. But the idea is still pretty new and I have no designs or plans in the works. It probably won't happen for a while, because if something is going on my body permanently, I want them to be absolutely perfect. So it would take a really long time to design. Plus needles really scare the crap out of me.
     
    I have my astrological sign (Pisces) and I plan to add a Magikarp to that one day :3 (really I am serious)

    I want a tattoo of the Black Rabbit of Inle too, on my foot.
    Oh, an a star from the Mario serie.


    I don't want any piercing.
     
    Never had piercings or tattoos, but I'd be okay with getting a lip piercing and that's it. Too bad my parents will never be okay with it.
     
    I can barely decide what I want for lunch, how does one expect me to decide to choose something to stain my skin for life?
     
    I've had my ears pierced, but they've since healed over, I'm not really interested in repiercing them though, same with tattoos, not really my thing ^^;
     
    I currently don't have any tattoos, I sometimes consider getting a cyanide and happiness tattoo on my left arm though. It represents my cynical outlook and dry sense of humour quite nicely.

    No piercings for me ever though. I get that tattoos basically make your body art but I don't understand piercings at all. Either way though, I won't treat you differently based on something as superficial as tattoos or piercings. I admit though, I'm not particularly attracted to either.

    I had lobe piercing when I was a kid. They kept getting infected (probably my own fault) and they would keep getting caught on things so I let them close after a few years. I don't like the look of most piercings except ears, brows and the ones that go down near the hip bones, I forget the name?

    I'd love a tattoo! I want a Pokemon related one on my shoulder in the watercolour style. Just can't decide which Pokemon.

    I try not to think differently of anyone no matter what they look like but, I can't lie, I'd be less physically attracted to someone if they had a LOT of piercings on their face or so many tattoos they have like a perma tattoo t-shirt (like the lead singer from BMTH.) I would laugh everytime I saw them naked, it couldn't be helped.

    edit: Not that I'm saying I have to be physically attracted to everyone I see.

    That's mostly this one. But just the desing, not the "Pisces" part.
    I got it when I was 16 years old.
