The most expensive item in my plushie/toy collection is a Casey Jr. model I bought at the Disneyland Resort. I saved hundreds of dollars to buy something like that, only to find out it only costs $95, so all that saving was for nothing. I did not regret my purchase to this day.
Super Mario (it's my first game), Donkey Kong (like Super Mario), Legend of Zelda (the rich lore it has and the exploration), Kirby (fantastic music), Star Fox (I love on-rail shooters), and Super Smash Bros. (I love crossovers).
Finally...how on earth do you cope with the Californian heat? @_@
Depends where you draw the line as "new" and "old." Would you draw all of the series prior to current series as "old," would you draw one half of the anime (Gen 1-3) "old" and the other half (Gen 4-6) "new," or would you draw only the original series as "old" and everything after it as "new?" If it's the first option, then I pick old. If it's the second option, then I pick new. If it's the third option, then I pick new again. The reason because they contain the DP series, which is my favorite of them all so far, followed by the XY series prior to last scene of episode 60.
ahh i guess where i draw the line is gen 1 ~ 3! ty for answering! i personally haven't watched any of the new series, the old ones are definitely my favourite haha.
I'm a fan of Pinkie Pie from MLP: FiM and Dawn from Pokémon DP. Plus, the name sounds more creative than my previous usernames from past forums.
My favorite Pokémon is Genesect, because it's a robot bug with large cannon on its back with excellent stats and movepool. Too bad it's uber.
1. An N64, a PS2, a Wii, an Xbox 360, and a Wii U.
2. I don't know who those are, but I'll pick Brazil Challenjour 1. XD
3. All except Mario Paint, the two virtual boy Mario games, Super Mario RPG, DDR Mario Mix, Mario Sports Mix, the Mario vs. DK sequels, and Puzzles & Dragons Mario Edition.
Oh my excuse my horrible typos.. anyway more questions:

Pretty Big and SRSBNS question to ask, yeah i figured you'll be the second one to answer this ;)
We are all aware (Ihope) with the things and themes of the Pokemon generations, which I'll list down here, which will be called Thematic Motifs but some of these interpretations are based on my own views, aside from sources I read from Bulbapedia
Spoiler:
Gen1:Genetics and Engineering which is seen with after all, this is the 1st gen, the starter pokemon are all very reptilian dinosaur-like in nature, there's a good number of fossil pokemon which adds with the theme, and of course the creation of Mewtwo, which was a product of some experiments with Mew. There's also Porygon, the firstly introduced man-made pokemon. And there's Eevee, the pokemon with the rather unstable DNA with more evolutions than the Kardashian family has brain IQ.
Gen2:Mythology and Tradition The second generation of Pokémon games were more directed towards mythology and tradition. The three starters were all "pure" element types, fitting the classic Water > Grass > Fire cycle all starters adhere to. Unlike two of the fully-evolved starter Pokémon in Generation I, and at least one of every starter trio since, the fully-evolved Johto starters maintain their single types. Also there's more evidence on the game regarding the whole mythology thematics with the towns, NPCS, and even the version mascots and the rest of the legendaries.
Gen3:Relationships with Nature and the Environment. Team Magma and Team Aqua, according to some sources, are seen as eco-terrorists who want to change the world according to their plans. Also much of the Pokemon in the game have something to do with the environment, in particular Hoenn's Weather Trio. There's even the starters. Mudkip is based on a fish which thrives only in Water, Torchic is a chick (which, in the real world, needs warmth in order to hatch) holding its Fire internally, and Treecko is a gecko that lives only in forests with Grass. Also, there's the towns in Hoenn where its more inclined with nature than industrialization such as Fortree City,
Gen4: History of the Universe, myths, legends, and folklore. Gen 4 and Sinnoh is pretty much it. The version mascots represent the origins of the universe and there's also Arceus, the god. Then there's the fully evolved starters which have references to mythological beings, Infernape being Sun Wukong, Empoleon is a Poisdon Reference, and Torterra is based on a "World Turtle" legend. Heck, the folklore part is also there with many of Gen 4's pokemon being based on myths and folk tales.
Gen5: Truth VS Ideals. Perhaps Gen 5 was probably the most obvious game to actually express the themes that it wanted to say out in the game given the story, the dialogue of the characters, the conflicts seen, and even the pokemon (Reshiram and Zekrom, and even the Swords of Justice, and of course Kyruem (B and W)).
Gen6:Change. The introduction of Mega evolutions seem express it greatly, the re-typing of several Normal types into Fairy types, which the said type also introduced a ton of changes regarding type matchups, and even the starters' secondary types which teased the fan requested Fighting, Psychic, and Dark starters as a change from the typical Grass, Fire, and Water starters. Heck, Gen 6 even introduced Super Training which also gave long time players a way to actually see EVs in the game, a huge step from the past generations where you wouldn't know if you have maxed out your EVs or not. Also aside from Change, there's also a bigger emphasis on Industrialization, which also has something to do with the thematic of change, in gen 6 as well which is evident in many of the cities Kalos and even ORAS with Mauville from a simple town becoming into a Super Town of sorts!
Now that's out of the way, What do you think is a good thematic motif to explore for Gen 7. From the way i see things right now, people are more vocal about what's good or not, there's the huge popularity of social media, Floyd Mayweather proving that why he's still undefeated (yeah it really sucks it had to happen), clashes between old timers vs the new generations, 90s kids arguing all the time with Millennial kids (aka the should be teenagers right now), people always finding some conspiracies to uncover whether it be something serious or something funny like Global Warming, Pewdiepie and a ton of people making "lets plays", loss of family bonding because of dem gadgets, the rapid progress of technology, ESPORTS, acceptance and re-evaluation of social norms, equality between Men and Women becoming more even, the good and bad of what's happening right now.

Well I was hoping for Gen 7's thematic motif regarding the arrogance of man, in which whether or not humanity needs Pokémon anymore if they have the ability to infuse their powers on themselves and become hybrids and remove Pokémon off the map and become their replacements, as a response to this piece of information.
If Serena still had her long hair, but kept her new outfit would you think it would look as good on her compared to the same outfit currently with the short hair?
Of all the outfit combinations from the games, what would you have wanted to see her wear in the anime?
Thoughts on the kimono she's seen wearing in a scene in the latest upcoming episode previews? (in my opinion it kinda makes her short hair look beautiful)
Would you like Serena to stay with Ash at the end of XY and follow him to the next region?
If Ash was written out of the series would you make Serena the new main protagonist?

1. I would imagine it being at a different long hair style, because as much as I like her to keep the long hair, the style she used for her old outfit wouldn't suit her new outfit well. That's why she always changes her hair style in every outfit prior the last scene of episode 60 she worn, including the ending credits.
2. I like to see her wear one of the outfits sold at Valerie's place (Laverre City).
3. She looks cute, I admit.
4. If her hair still doesn't grow back to its original length in Gen 7, then heck no.
1. Not really, they already stated that they won't be using one of their big IPs on a smart phone app. It'll have to be a new IP.
2. Of course I did. I've played for a total of 72 hours.
3. Best of OR/AS? Pokenav. Best of the main games overall? Gen V.
4. Worst of OR/AS? The type diversity. Worst of the main games overall? Gen II.
