Tried to match these up the best I could with actual birthstones:

Fire Stone for January's garnet since the in-game text describes it as orange and garnets tend to be a little oranger than rubies, Dusk Stone for February's amethyst, Dawn Stone for March's aquamarine since it's literally colored aquamarine, Everstone for April's diamond because "diamonds are forever," Leaf Stone for May's emerald, Moon Stone for June's moonstone, Sun Stone for July's ruby since the in-game text describes it as red in color and because the sun is the symbol of summer, Thunder Stone for August's peridot, Water Stone for September's sapphire, Oval Stone for October's opal mainly because it didn't fit elsewhere (though, coincidentally, opal and oval have similar spelling), Shiny Stone for November's yellow topaz, and Ice Stone for December's blue zircon.

So what's your PokéBirthstone? Mines the Leaf Stone!

I would be the Moon Stone! I really like its design but only a few Pokemon can evolve using it.

Jealous! I would've loved this one. Mine is literally the most boring, well I guess Oval Stone is kinda eh too but ;_;

Maybe it just means that you're already perfect?

Also, if you look at it in terms of Eeveelutions, the Everstone would represent Eevee. Gotta love Eevee!

I used the Oval Stone since the Gen. IV games sorted it with the Evolution Stones, but the Key Stone might be a better fit! I was just looking at some pics from the anime and the way Siebold's Key Stone in particular was cut makes me think of an opal.

Haha, no harm. I just saw a chance to add a rainbow to my birth month and I had to take it lol.
