FireRed hack: Pokémon Adventure - Red Chapter NEW BETA + EXPANSION

I have one question how do you evolve orangean nidoran female into orangean nidorina because for level up it evolves into normal nidorina
 
this is one of the best hacks ive ever played, is there more gameplay after becoming the orange champion?
 
Hey y'all! I just signed up because I'm super curious about this hack but I have some questions about it before I really dive in.
It shows 4 playable characters in the "Playable characters" image but when starting it up it didn't really ask who I wanted to play, at what point do I pick my character and can you change between them once you choose one or do you have to make separate save files?
In the post it says there are costumes and the image shows a whole ton of different costumes, including a bunch of other pokemon protags, does that mean they're all playable or can you change costumes for certain npcs?
In line with my last question, it shows a bunch of costumes there but then in the FAQ it says there's only 2 costumes? Is the FAQ just out of date?
Then there's the kind of worrying post above that says most of the pokemon featured in the "many many pokemon" link aren't actually in the game or have to be otherwise hacked into it, is that true?
The main post promises a lot which excites me not to mention the rave reviews about this mod but some of the information is kind of confusing between what certain sources say is or isn't in the game so I'm just trying to see what's what before I make the emotional investment.

Well you can only play as 3 characters (red, blue and green), but you play as red for pretty much the entire game, the other 2 you get to control, in small bonus chapters that when you reach certain points of the game the game will ask you if you would like to play them, there's 5 bonus chapters consisting of this (3 blue, 2 green)
As for costumes there's a small number of costumes you can unlock throughout the game (I think 2 or 3 are currently unlockable with 2 available from the start), in either bonus chapters, or in the main story. Other npcs, will sometimes ne wearing certain costumes, in certain bonus chapters, you can't change them. And yes the majority of the pokemon aren't currently available without hacking.
Update: aethestode has announced the expansion pass will be released on September 30th

Wonderful news! Thanks for sharing Scarlet! Without brother Lunos this thread appears so lifeless. To me Advetures Red became synonymous with Lunos, nonetheless, I'm glad that someone is still maintaining this legendary thread. I skipped beta 14 so that I can play the full game. When I was about to play beta 15, I heard about the exp pass and I skipped it as well. Finally, my wait will be over! I'm so looking forward for this...

Ah unfortunate. It feels a smidge misleading to have all that in the intro post and not like a "future plans" post or something like that.
Oh well I still intend to check it out, that just pushes it back quite a bit. I'm curious about what the expansion holds too so I'm glad you told me about it too! :) Thank you very much, Scarlet Night I appreciate it.
 
im wondering do anyone still have a complete beta 11e save file im trying to just roam free to like catch multiple pokemons and enjoy their megas untill the beta 16 is posted ^^
 
Just started playing this game and couldn't find an answer for it on here.
1) I'm in Lavender Town, and wanted to know if there is a way to evolve my Nidorina into a Nidoqueen at this point since the only moon stone I have is the key item I assume still needed for story events?
2) I captured all the corpse pokemon and curious if this causes and event or anything to happen back in the room you fight them in or at all in general? Glad just to have them but wanted to check.
 
Is the creator going to launch the new beta 16 soon or it will take more than a year and is yellow arc going to be added in this beta

As I mentioned a few posts ago, the expansion pass is going to be released on the 30th this month, no yellow arc isn't going to be added in this release, and after this is released the hack is going to be cancelled and continued as a fangame (with no release date at the moment

Hello, do you know how to get in touch with Aethestode? With his permission I'd like to see if he would let me use his sprites/info for extra pokemon in a personal, mess around fangame. At the same time if he'd like I can try and help him out with the new fangame too. I figure if I can get a headstart on pbs files for the extra pokemon that would help him out some
