This Pikachu can evolve into either Kantonian or Alolan Raichu, while the Eevee can of course evolve into any one of its evolutions.

They both seem really excited to tag along with you on an adventure. Who do you pick?

I'll probably go with Pikachu. Glaceon is the only Eeveelution I can say I really like, and Pikachu is just generally more useful, at least in the early stages of the game.

I'd definitely pick Pikachu. If I picked Eevee, I'd have to wait until I got the right stone to make Eevee useful. Pikachu, on the other hand, is good from the get-go.

EEVEE this is literally not even a question to me LOL i thought the point of yellow was to get the eevee back from your rival that butts in and takes it from you...i never liked pikachu sorry lol. also i mean i picked let's go eevee over pikachu so my answer is obvious, plus my favorite pokemon of all time is umbreon.

I love Raichu so so much, but Eevee is adorable and Flareon is one of my top favorite mons. My OC has both a Kantonian Raichu and Flareon on her team. If I absolutely had to pick though... I suppose Eevee wins by a small margin, so I can evolve it into my fluffy fire baby?

eevee! easy pick. i can evolve it into whatever i want, or keep it as is! my biggest conundrum would be what to evolve it into, but that's more for down the line.

i like pikachu, but not as much. :x

I would pick Eevee, multiple evolution choices means I can pick an Eevee based off my team and not be as restricted if I picked Pikachu. Although I do prefer Raichu over most Eevee evolutions.

This is what I was thinking too. Eevee kinda sucks before it evolves, but you have a bunch of different evolution/type options to go with later.

Well that and Yellow was my first Pokemon game so I've already done the whole Pika is my starter thing before

hmmm that's actually tough. in general i like eevee better, but i also LOVE alolan raichu. so i think I'll actually take a Pikachu for this one

Eevee, because of its cuteness, evolution variety, and because I have a dog I named after it, even though I spelt it as "Evie" instead of as "Eevee" for my dog.

Eevoy, since Pikachu kinda sucks but Eevee can become an useful Pokémon or a Pokémon I actually like. Sylveon, Espeon, Jolteon, Umbreon, Vaporeon - all fine Eeveelutions on my books.

Eevee. Really don't care at all if it's less goo in the beginning. It will be better later on and that's all that ever matters.

It's a hard choice! I do love Raichu, both types but especially the Kantonian original one. But I also love Flareon to bits! Fluffy fire kitty cuddly.

I'm not sure I can choose, to be honest haha. Mayyyybe Eevee only for Flareon's cuddliness <3
