I tried out a gym once... lasted couple months before I got annoyed with the travel time/distance xD
I already walk and cycle a lot due to my work though so...

239045 = 5 * 47809 (that's all, 47809 is prime)

I am a gym nerd. I started lifting weights for girls (like everyone) but (unlike everyone) I fell in love with barbells. SBD for the win. Now I would like to do Strongman but that kind of equipment is rather incommon in my country.
I currently work out everyday at home (with lots of resistance bands) though, because I want to be fully vaccinated before I go back to the gym.

I actually mainly went to that gym in an attempt to lose some weight. And I did a bit of everything aside from that, including lifting weights. I had no particular reason for it. Just wanted to see what I could lift and if I could improve it or not.
My eating habits rendered anything I did ineffective anyway though xD

Math is for people who can count. I don't know who would want to do that, though. Seems like hard work.
I'm a mathematician, and I have never counted since high school :)

The diet is sooooo important, you cannot get any good result if your diet doesn't follow.
Strength sports (bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, weightlifting) are the hardest sports you can do as amateurs in my opinion, because they require you to rework entirely your life (food + training + sleep), even though when you don't plan on competing whatsoever and you just want to feel better.
Or you can take it like me: if you have to change your life to feel better, maybe that's what you should do.
