The Darkest Dungeon

I'm finding Zehn hard to believe. Have ZERO as a day attack and only 1 as a night action seems very un-Klippy ish. In terms of this game that would be worse than being vanilla.

If no further evidence surfaces by morning that'll be where I cast my vote.
 
By the way I actually got it wrong, instead of one lingering vote, I get one vote every night. I had misinterpreted my role, but before anyone here attacks me, I will tell them my full role and why my day attack is 0. Trust me you don't want me to be dead

I completely agree, once his night action is used he becomes literally useless. Not even getting a day vote, which basically means we should put him out of his misery. Right? Or we could leave him for the monsters and see if he gets hit by morning. I doubt klippy would make a role with 0 attack, and if he did it would definitely have something interesting and not a one use continuous minimal damage effect. Although we could be completely wrong and he could be telling the truth, in which case I'd feel bad. But you can't trust anybody in these :/

Ok, this interests me. I'm not going to attack you until you explain yourself, because time zones are annoying and i understand your need for sleep XD. But make sure you explain yourself before the phase ends :)
 
How about instead of avoiding the situation, "misinterpreting" your role multiple times, and then making promises to tell us about your oh so important role later, you cut the crap and actually tell us?

At this rate I'm really inclined to just attack you.

Pointing fingers isn't scummy, it's part of the game. That's how you get information, and it was very much needed given the lack of leads we had to work with.

If pointing the finger at someone is scummy, how scummy do you think it is to vote for them, in your first response to their slight mention of your name, knowing full well they're offline, without giving them a chance to respond, in a game where every vote causes damage? Veeeeeery scummy.

Well with an explanation that fullproof, Zehn must be the nurse!

Except instead of a sexy outfit, he's wearing the debatably less sexy blood of his victims, and instead of needles, he's using slightly pointier needles with even more debatable fluids.

Almost inclined to attack, myself. Evil doctors and nurses are some of the most disturbing evils.
 
I don't like Zehn's claim, but he seems more confused than outright suspicious. He's been forthcoming about the details of his role without needing to be prompted, which is what makes me want to err on the side of caution.

Before anyone else attacks him, give him a chance to explain himself in the morning.
 
I don't mean to jump on Zehn like this, but it's really hard to believe him. I mean he's given us multiple NA's in which none of them are even related to the other in any way. One minute it's a lingering NA that "does 1 damage every night and [he gets] it once throughout the game" while the next minute it's a healing role that heals people. Unless Klippy creates the most complicated roles, I can't see how someone confuses: "You have a healing role" with "You have a lingering Night Action that allows to poison one person throughout the game forcing them to take one damage each night".

Even so, I'll listen to what he has to say. But he better make or fake the best explanation he can come up with.

I'm positive melody has a role with an attack of +5
because naku took +7 damage.

I attacked naku because I didn't want to poke a giant and my attack is really low.
But I'm not sure why melody did, especially with a +5 attack.
Melody has also been acting pretty suss.

so I'll go with [Attack] Melody for today.

Also, to all the villagers out there, to not disclaim your role unless necessary and continue to act like a hero.
I'm pretty sure the average villager health is still around 20, and attack is still pretty low, so we're pretty easy targets.
Our roles shouldn't be announced because the ones with useful roles will be targeted by the evils and terrors.
I also advise the villagers that still have +2 attack to hop on to a band wagon so they won't be outed.

I understand this is pretty basic stuff, but I'm still not sure who all the villagers are and some might be newbies.

I don't know if zehn is lying about being a villager or is just role claiming out of panic.
We should wait a bit until deciding on him.
