Okay... once again, why Good Friday is on my list of "weird" holidays. Didn't think the church would get all scientific about that matter.

Of course, I'm hoping that we spend Good Friday at TGI Friday's xD

Good Friday? I've never celebrated that... I've always wanted to but it's not in my religion. What do people do on Black Friday anyway?

Also I'm setting up a forum~. Hopefully it'll be successful.

Black Friday isn't a religious holiday...XD It's just a shopping holiday.

The church I go to used to have services for the days like Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. But, with most the church-going population over 60, they cancelled those services due to lack of attendance. Not to mention each of those services was 7:30 at night.

If it wasn't for the two Easter services (Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday) and the Christmas Eve service, they'd shut down the church. Which will happen given a few years.

I think I heard it's the time of the year when all the electronics had discounts xD

...

Grah. You've got me thinking of something I read in a story...

Found it.

"See, we don't exactly know who the knight is. Hell, we don't even know what the knight is. All we know, is its devotion to the boy. If the job is hard, the kid will have the knight by his side, and you know that **** is gonna hit the fan. It's this big, hulking suit of armor you see, with a big ol' sword to boot. And if you think this is just some poorly pieced together work of magic, well, you're dead wrong. The damned thing moves almost as fast as the kid, and that big sword of his you can't even see if he swings at you."

"They work as a team," Kaiser explained further, "The knight shields the boy from harm. Has a kite shield that deflects spells. We think it may be enchanted. Meanwhile, the boy's blasting from range, taking down targets that the knight can't reach with his sword. Quite a lethal pair. But that's not the best part…"

"Oh no, definitely not," Lance grinned again, "The kid has a face as hard as stone. The knight doesn't have a face. If you glance into that helm he wears, you see two orbs of fire glaring back at you, but nothing else. It's creepy as ****."

"A demon of old," Foxfire repeated, "Come to buy bargain goods from Walmart and steal our souls."

That place is evil. I make it a point to go to Wal Mart only when absolutely necessary. Too bad the rest of the family loves that hellhole... I usually just stay home because they like to spend two hours there.

Ours is filthy and filled with sketchy looking people and you can count on there never being enough registers open. Not to mention a lot of the stuff on the shelves already have dents/tears on the packaging.

For people who don't have a lot of money, Wal-Mart is a godsend.

While this is true, they do a considerable amount of harm to local small businesses and economies in the long run.

I would rather the people survive than the small business, tbh. I understand why small business is good, but at the same time the only reason why it does harm to them is because they're more expensive. So I'd rather the poor people get what they need for cheap than force them to buy more expensive to support small business, lol.

I don't usually got to Wal-Mart. The toy section at my WalMart is so bear and outdated. (Not that I buy toys anymore.) I shop at Target most of the time. The stuff they have there is pretty decent and they have a nice electronic section.

Oh, this is my 800th post, yay.

I'M SO GOING TO VISIT A WAL-MART WHEN I GO TO THE US! If South Park has taught me anything, it's that a Wal-Mart will brainwash you into buying more and more and more stuff, and the only way to stop it is to break a mirror in the TV section, as that's where its 'heart' is. Which sounds so cool.

My walmart has fish. So basically, it's where cute tropical fish go to die slow, horrible deaths.

Mine has fish too. The last time I was there I was thinking the whole time about how I wanted to rescue one of their poor little goldfish and put it in a huge tank where it would have room to swim around, I didnt though, but I could've.
