Decidueye has one of the coolest grass Mon designs since Sceptile. An archer that is also a ghost type is really cool. I like this Mon, but I have one issue with it as well. My Decidueye kept losing to everything in Sun. Like everything.

Hisuian looks like it has better bulk despite the more weaknesses. Being both a phys. and sp. Attacker leave you with low defense too often.

I picked Rowlet as my starter in Legends Arceus.
Also used it in one of the Alola games, but I don't remember which of the four.
 
18. I like how all Gen 7 starters have signature Z-moves.

Also find it interesting that Hisuian Decidueye's shiny is the normal colors for Alolan Decidueye.

Probably the weirdest evolutionary line for starters at the time. Litten line starts off as a 4 legged cat before it evolves into a 2 legged one.

Mudkip, Tepig, and Fennekin also go from quadrupedal to bipedal. Oshawott, on the other hand, goes from bipedal to quadrupedal.
