Cannot say much good about its level-up moves. Consists of iffy Normal type moves, Sucker Punch, and moves with drawbacks.
Has the same base Attack as Incineroar, Gouging Fire, Flamigo, and Annihilape, also. Describes most of the other stats as underwhelming.

Not that good. Dragon typing is good, but l don't think it has much going for it outside of shell smash shenanigans. The ability is disappointing as it only blocks critical hits.

Shell smash is a great move, but compare it to the previous pokemon Minior. It can use shell smash and survive long enough to activate its ability that changes its stats to a fast sweeper. Turtonator remains slow. Plus Turtonator has less attacking stats that Minior's better form.

Base 60 HP doesn't mesh well with its impressive 135 phys. defense. Now if it had at least 80 base HP that would be a different story.
