Yep, we'll be waiting quite a while. It's somewhat helpful though, because I haven't finalised roles yet, and I've got plenty of time to do that.

I said it a few pages ago, but the game will likely not incorporate the actual plot of Death Note. I guess it's possible I could change my mind sometime before it goes live, but for now that's the plan.
 
Hey, there's so many options on mafia themes. I wanted to make an SAO mafia but I got little to no experience in a forum mafia.

Also I've been playing Chaos in Town of Salem nowadays. Gotta love it when no one knows who's who. Makes it even more fun to dupe people. 8)
 
SAO-themed mafia... Hmm I'll be interested in what kind of roles one can think, given that everyone is literally a person holding a sword and there's no magic involved lol. Though having it set in Alfheim would solve that.

Chaos: I remember when I was one of the thre Arsonists in a game that included a Werewolf. It was funny how I killed the other Arsonists yet won in the end. XD
 
Yeah an ALO themed mafia would make more sense. Traditional nordish fantasy and whatnot.
 
So... ALO instead? I could try brain-storming role ideas and if it's done I might put it up for queue :P

The last game I played had me being a lone Arsonist. I just watched as everyone lynches and kills each other, and when almost everyone is dead I went ahead and started dousing people. Mass panicking ensued. The funniest thing is that they managed to vote for me and yet I came out thanks to a tie. They proceeded to lynch the executioner, and when their role was revealed they knew they were doomed lol.

Other fun Chaos moment was when I was the last townie left (didn't know 'til I was dead) and everyone knew I was the transporter so everyone was aiming for my head. I then kept on transporting myself and I managed to survive 'til I got doused and burned to death. And that happened on the last few nights of the game lol. I never had a chance to win. None of the townies had one.

The extreme randomness makes Chaos so much fun haha.
 
It will start when one of the other two (Faeries or Blarzigord) finish. But that poses my question...do we want a week break before I start A Song of Ice and Fire or should we start signups immediately following the finals of one of those?

Also, some fun stuff will be coming up in Blarzimafia everyone :)
 
I think a one week break would be nice! It's fun playing mafia, but playing one right after another might be exhausting and drive away some of the excitement of the games.
