Say it clearly retroactively means?

I think when saying retroactively Seliph is asking if people who joined before the time you posted the form should fill it out. I asked you something similar, and you said yes, that it was there for everyone to answer at any time, new members who arrive now, and old who have been here for months :)

Water Pokemon fans, is there a water type mon that you would like to alter or strengthen in some way?
Phione getting Calm Mind would be nice to see. Manaphy also has it and while the latter has Tail Glow as well, I don't think going to those lengths wouldn't make sense. But at least with Calm Mind it would be a little more useful.

Also: are we supposed to fill out the form retroactively? I'm a little confused.
Yes man all members who joined before and after!

The thing you like most about Water Pokemon:
There's a lot about them, probably way more than of any other type. Much like water taking up the majority of the planet, Water Type Pokemon take up a huge portion of all the Pokemon there are. And like water can be found in all kinds of places in all kinds of forms (ponds, rivers, lakes, oceans, ...) Water Type Pokemon can be found in all kinds of variations ranging from the small starter at the beginning over the random fish that you can fish in a like to the massive flying whale (which may or may not be able to fly).

Water Types in particular allow for a lot of the world building in the Pokemon World, simply because they're the most widely spread thanks to the gigantic oceans and their still unexplored depths. All those colonies on the ocean floor that seemingly can have their own type of lore, some being made up by sailors and the likes and some seemingly being real applications; the creation of the continents encompassed by the duality of Groudon and Kyogre and their fight for supremicy. Even the ruler of space (Palkia) is a Water Type Pokemon.

And yeah, the type is very versatile with good ways to get around its weaknesses; most Water Types being able to e.g. use Ice moves to deal with Grass Types.

Hello Everyone!
It is me Dave, The Co-owner of our club,
What I am going to about say is that
Thank you so much all of comrades of our club to help us achieve the so-called an impossible task. When this club was started, I didn't expected much from the club because me and My Comrade Allen were newbie in this new and so-called a foreign forum from my heart. But Allen told me not to lose hope even if the situation is too hard. But the overgrowing popularity made me to doubt my own thought, And when I was about to think it over again, We recieved Club of the Month Award and I thought that what the hell I was thinking about?? Allen never losed his hope and you guys also did not let his hope to break, that is why we achieved something. Although we are not in first place, but I am very happy that me and my comrade Allen and Your Club is sharing second position with Honorable Hyzenthaly, The Owner of the The Paradise: The Nature Club (You can curse me if I mentioned Wrong name). Because we Noobs are sharing a position with a more experienced senior of us, so it is a very big achievement for us. Thanks to Sam, er... I meant Honorable VisionOfMilotic for selecting our newbies club and that too forst time. At last I again want to mention all of members of the club for joining our club and making this Occasion happen. And for celebration Comrade Allen, oops! DJ Allen will breif in a few hours from now, I hope you won't be borrd by his speach as you are being bored by mine. So not waste time I am presenting this Grand Slyveon Silver Trophy to our club, Do whatever you want to do with it, it can be anything, like you can kiss it, lick it, punch it, play with it, or even Show off it to your friends as it is not only mine or my Comrade Allen's, You guys also deserves this trophy. I think that I must leave now because Totodile wants to Celebrate and he would be very angry and may land me up 5 miles away by his powerful water gun if I do not leave just RIGHT now!

Mudkip! the second ever Pokemon game that i played was Emerald and i just got drawn to it with its cute blue and orange color theme. i figured i made the right decision because it grew up to be such a beast! definitely an MVP of that playthrough :D

In which pokemon game you have caught maximum water pokemon?
ooh now this one's a toughie. i don't think i've ever caught that many Water types in my playthroughs. pretty much just get one for Surfing and Waterfalling and that's it.

What was the first water starter you got?

The first time I chose a water starter in the beginning of the game would be Froakie in Pokemon Y, who is still my favorite Kalos starter, and ever since then I have been picking water starters.

I picked fire starters in the first couple of generations more often, then moved on to grass, but lately I have been getting water starters more.

Which pokemon game you have caught maximum water pokemon?

Probably one of the gen 6 games because I am shiny hunter, and the chain fishing mechanic was something I had to explore, and it resulted in me catching a lot of nice water Pokemon. I'm going to say that I caught the most water Pokemon in Oras. Hoenn is a water region, so there were so many cool water environments to explore, oceans and lakes to surf and fish in, waterfalls to climb, underwater grottoes to dive under, caves by the beach with pools of water, each location with their own kinds of water Pokemon. Also there's some neat water dual types in the grassy areas like suskrit and lotad.

Squirtle in Blue. Blastoise was on the box cover so I picked it and soloed the game with it.

I completed the Pokedex in Moon including all the Water types. I suppose that counts?

Another water Pokemon trainer I like is this gentleman here, Siebold, a class act all the way.
I remember him from my last X playthrough. I had an ok time until his Gyarados started setting up Dragon Dance and then proceeded to sweep my whole party. It didn't help that his Starmie used Light Screen shortly before, limiting my chances of taking it out before it was too late. xD

So he is quite powerful as well.

obviously a cute Squirtle!
why do you like about water pokemon or type?

Squirtle was my very first choice back in the glory days of generation one. I was instantly drawn to Blue's box art and selected Squirtle as my starter. It has always been my favorite since. I like the water type because water can be both forceful and relentless at times as well as calm, soothing, and tranquil. I like a lot of the water mon designs and Misty and Nessa are a couple of my favorite characters within the franchise. The water type just resonates with me.

ooh! if we're talking about fave Water type trainers, mine's Wallace. he gave me a run for my money during my original Emerald run. wasn't expecting ANOTHER Water type specialist after having just beaten Juan in Sootopolis. his Milotic was just as nasty as Cynthia's...
