PS : I strongly disagree with her choice of Iris!
Iris isn't talented then Ash , She's over-glorified! Most of time she won because of sheer power of her pokemon , not because of skill!
Its more like her pokemon wins the battle , not her !
Powerful Pokemon like Exadrill & Dragonite can make any trainer invincible against ordinary trainer! Iris jut lucky that the writer just hands over powerful pokemon to her for free.
Truth is , Even BW Ash shown to be better strategist then Iris.

I don't watch the anime because it's kinda sorta bad so I don't understand half of these lists. Roxie and Elisa are my favorites of the ones above though.

My ten are: Iris, Cynthia, Lenora, Janine, Bertha, Fantina, Roxie, Shauntal, Phoebe, and Drasna. Not in any specific order. My favorites are typically non-passive with a unique concept and likable enough personality. And Bertha's just funny.

Also is that Tamashii!? I refuse to watch Tamashii. I can't stand Tamashii.

2. Misty- above Cynthia because I didnt see Cynthia much in the anime
