You've already gotten the correct idea of media fusion from memes.
Apply that to food. Divorce yourself from the rigid expectations of what can and can't be in a pizza.
Let diversity win.

If you really need to hate on something, pineapple pizza is far from the worst offender. Like say:



Beef Strogonoff* Pizza

* This one is actually a twofer since it would make the Russians and Slavs in general yell at you because it's not even based on "real" strogonoff
