Same on the rubber part.
Probably would have voted console gaming when younger. Offered better action games on a console. Worked better than the big, chunky keyboard keys. Notes some exceptions, though, like X-Wing versus Tie Fighter with a joystick. (Pretty much only ever used a joystick for that and Flight Simulator games.)

I used to play PC games a lot and that also included emulation of older games. Moving on to Linux basically made me decide that I'd rather focus my gaming endeavours on console, instead. ROM Hacks and stuff being the exception.

I have both an old 3DS as well as a N3DS. Removing the batteries was no problem. It's just not the easiest to get some replacements. Doesn't help that I closed my ebay and PayPal accounts a long time ago. And apparently batteries on Amazon aren't particularly reliable, either.

If it helps, the 3DS/N3DS battery is the same as the one in the Switch Pro Controller.

The silver GBA SP is the one I forced my mom to buy when she broke my Groudon one =P
Put the Black Switch Lite backwards so you can see why I have two Lites :coolcat:
Idk if the PSP still works as idk where the heck the charger is... should still be around somewhere lol
Everything else still works though :coolcat:

Playing Violet again now that I've finished my backlog spree goal for this year =3
Checking out the DLC. Feels kinda weird having a Switch Lite and then putting it down so you can hold a controller with two hands to play it... controller works like a charm though =3

119; I hope you like it! Are you going to keep your current Switch or will you sell it? A choice you wouldn't have to make if you were on PC as you could just upgrade what you wanted instead of buying a whole other system.

The reason I'm buying a new switch is that I could have one to myself, My older brother always plays the switch as well, so now we don't have to take turns! My younger brother mainly plays on his PC, but plays smash bros occasionally with us.

If I could, I'd get a PC. It gets most of the games and well, you can use it for all the other things too. Switch is still a must for me, but PC is really good lol

There are things that are just weird to me about Nintendo in particular: they come up with technology that always comes with some major flaw. But they never fix it properly. What comes to mind is the Joycon drift.

The Palkia/Dialga special edition Switch Lite I have has this issue where the screen will randomly increase or decrease in brightness and eventually just go black. Sometimes it even just starts to flicker uncontrollably.
All I need to do to get rid of it is put it in Sleep mode and then turn it back on again, but it's still a weird issue my older Turquoise Switch Lite does not have at all.
