Turn that frown upside down!

Country music always puts me into a good mood. So when I'm down, I just hop into my truck, turn on some country music and just drive for a good hour or so.

Nothing can cure rage for me. I deal with it differently with different people.

Mom- Dont say anything
Oldest brother-Yell until he goes home. ^^

I just sit back, and relax. I calm myself down. Y'know, since others aren't capable of doing so.

My dog can easily cheer me up. He's just so derpy and makes me laugh. He's 12 years old, but I still think he's quite the puppy. If I don't feel like bothering the dog, I do something cheerful at my computer. I listen to music, watch anime or YouTube, think about Mac getting hurt, or talk to someone on IRC/Skype.

He sounds adorable! Can we get a pic of him? [:

If I'm at work and something gets me angry, there's always at least one coworker I can air my frustrations out with. Usually, it's a customer that gets one of us angry, so we all just swap stories, mock the customers, laugh a little bit, and then continue on our way.

Otherwise, it's writing that calms me down. Using a pen and paper to just write anything puts me in a zen-like state, and I shut the rest of the world out to focus on what's in front of me.

Depends why I'm in a bad mood I guess. Lately I just push it to the side and deal with the rest of the day because being in a bad mood really does nothing for anyone not even yourself.

When I have a bad day it usually isn't much worse than just being irritated or feeling like everything just didn't work out for me that day and it'll be fine after some sleep, but when I'm really down it takes a lot for me to feel better. I just always fall into this downy state and really the only things that can get me out of it are eating healthy and going outside, and it takes time of course. But it's been a while since I felt like that luckily.

Let's see...sometimes I go outside, or i'll listen to music, watch YouTube stuff or chat with people here. Sometimes looking at nice things people have said to me lifts me up. :)

If I'm having a bad day, I usually have to listen to music. Other times I'll cuddle with my favorite plushies to make everything better. I often like to write down my thoughts if it comes to mind, but it usually doesn't. I also like being alone most of the time and don't discuss my feelings. That's usually what ends up making me feel even worse though. :/

A walk With my dog Helps me Most of the time, I can really enjoy How the little fella Enjoy's the little thing's In life that make's me happy to.
Listing to music also Helps.

Talking to friends, watching something funny, and sometimes going out for a joyride.
