I don't know if I have a favorite city. Maybe Azalea Town or Jubilife City. The former is a nice peaceful town, but still has its important buildings and landmarks, the Gym, Kurt's house, that charcoal house and the Slowpoke Well. Jubilife City on the contrary is a big city with many interesting buildings and facilities and I love its music theme.

Wow, I completely forgot about Jubilife City! I always loved that place so much, as well as its music. <3

My favourite Sinnoh town would also have to be Snowpoint City. It's so calm and serene, I love it.

Well for Sinnoh, I have to say my favorites cities were Snowpoint and Sunyshore, the latter mainly because I couldn't get enough of the music. :3

As for route, I always liked Route 39 of Johto, because of all the cute Miltank and the farm. That's why I think when Unova came out with Floccesy Ranch I immediately went crazy and spent hours in there looking for all the Pokemon.

But I'm much more of a landmark guy. Those small additions tend to be the most interesting.

Considering I haven't played Pokémon in a while, I can't remember the specific route numbers. However, I absolutely adored any route with nice scenery and/or refreshing music, which were quite common in Sinnoh and Kalos. :D

I agree on that. Nearly all Kanto routes were just plain forests, roads or seas. If I have to call a favorite from the top of my head, I'd say Route 212, the route connecting Hearthome and Pastoria City. It's a really varied one with swamp, lakes, a bit of a forest and a mansion.

APT APT APT, the same result WITH A NEW PARMA GHOST. There's totally a difference. 8D

Favorite Route is Route 1 of Kanto and whatever shares that Route's music. I DON'T KNOW WHY I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH AND THE ROUTE JUST LOOKS SO NICE EVEN THOUGH IT'S SO PLAIN. Nostalgia maybe? ;_;

DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY HOURS I WOULD SPEND LISTENING TO THAT SONG?

It's just such a fun song and so happy for the beginnings of a grand adventure.

Also, whenever I'm riding my bike, the bike-riding music from R/B/Y plays through my mind for the entire trip.

OH MY GOODNESS ABOUT SONGS I WONT EVER STOP LISTENING TO

Remember when the Goldenrod Radio Tower was taken over by Team Rocket and it would play that catchy and sinister theme? I really, really wanted to find a way to sympathize with them and let them keep the Radio; they were putting out much better music than Buena ever thought to.

The original Pallet Town theme song was great too. I don't play with audio on much for some reason, but I love th older 8-bit music so much.... The GB Sounds and the exact copy music from HGSS and ORAS are so nice....

Even though Unova had my favorite soundtrack, I'd say my favorite single song in any of the Pokémon games is Snowbelle City's theme. It's just too darn beautiful, and it grows on me each time I listen to it. :)

I'm not intrigued by many of the cities in Kalos. Although they're all very neat and have cool landmarks at times, they're just not memorable to me. I wonder why? I have a feeling that if I was introduced to Hoenn in the sixth generation instead of way back in the third, I'd be having the same problem. I wonder if it's nostalgia/familiarity or the nature of the new games, since I never had that problem with Unova ...

I don't find any of the cities forgettable. Except maybe those in Johto because I didn't like the region and the Johto games. I like to think my memory is good. If nostalgia makes you forget stuff, I think that's a sign of old age xD;

Kiyoshi The Polar Bear - just proving he's ancient with every new word he types. ;O

I also think the names of places are becoming more complicated than previous regions, so unless I'm really paying attention I don't absorb it. Like I remember Lumiose, but that's because I spent a lot of time there absorbing the culture and name. I recall Camphrier too, but that's probably because of the daycare. Those are far more personalized names than, say, Cerulean, and it's much easier to associate the blue town with Cerulean City than it is to figure out where they got the word "Camphrier" from.

(Which, as I've just found out, stems from the french word for the Camphor tree! :D)
