Imo Silver Version Mew's sprite was the best though. :T Most of the Silver sprites are better though anyways haha.

I guess they could. I only read a few of them but one really messed me up. IT HAD A PICTURE OF A ZUBAT EATING A MINUNS EYES I CANT READ THEM ANYMORE.

Except the classic like, you know, Lost Silver and Strangled Red, haha. :P

Oh god what have I missed XD These sprites are all hilarious to look through lmao. I really wish I'd paid more attention to the gen 1 games now, I'm almost tempted to get a ROM of one just to see these hahaha.

Sven what ghosty do you want to be this time? :D

I fully agree Squirrel! Yellow had better sprites, so use either Red, Blue, or even Green for the funny sprites. But the Famous Golbat sprite isn't in Green, just the international versions.

I loved crystals sprites they actually moved! Then we had 3rd gen with no movement till emerald lol.

I usually perfer Silver sprites opposed to Gold or Crystal sprites. Except the Eeveelutions. The gold eevees are so cute. XD

Really? I never liked golds but crystals ive always liked haha
I think a lot from Gold/crystal still look a lot like ones from gen 4-5 that was probably one of the biggest advancements from gen 1 to 2

Ah. Speaking of, what's everyone's favorite Pokemon as a Region? I usually perfer Kanto's Mons but Kalos is really nice too, and there's some good ones in Unova too.

Definitely Sinnoh for me - Buisel, Pachirisu, Shellos, Bronzong, Shinx, Piplup, Monferno, Staraptor, Roserade, Bastiodon, Buneary, Drifloon, Toxicroak, Rotom, etc etc etc... Sinnoh had a lot of my all-time favourites, but I love the region in general so perhaps I'm a little biased haha.

For me, I'd say Unova and Hoenn, but Sinnoh comes right after that. Too lazy to name them, though. xD
