It'll happen someday Witari!

So many Pokemon to use in XY, so few spaces in my team

I'm not a fan of grass in general, I try to ctach my Pokemon and then get out ASAP :p

The graphics are really nice and colourful too. :) Albeit it took my eyes some getting used to, haha. Have you completed the main story? I must be pretty early in the story, as I've just gotten up to:

One of the things I love most about PMD is how lighthearted it is, yet still has its dark and touching moments! I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it, anyhow. :) Who did you choose as a starter/partner?

On topic: What annoyed me most about the extra tall grass in X/Y is that you can't shiny chain in it, so my dreams of catching a shiny pink Furret went unrealised. D;

I don't mind the tall grass, but... it slows you down and that has peeved me. Honestly if there's a long and important (in the sense that you have to traverse through it more than once for plot significance), I'd be quite put off tbh.

I wonder how much easier shiny-hunting will be in Gen VII, if they change the rate at all. It seems to be getting easier and easier.

Yes that is terrible. But in OR/AS it's the only way to encounter a horde without using Honey/Sweet Scent.

Running into hordes bothered me to no end if I wasn't looking for them, haha. Usually it would be when my Pokemon are the same level as those in the wild or below, which made running away a pain sometimes. >_<

Shiny Hunting in hoards is said to be a great way of finding Shinys. However the only Shinys I have found in hoards so far are:

Blue Yanma
Brighter Green Weepinbell (Now Victreebell)
Green haired Mime Jr
Green winged Wingull (Now Pelipper)

These are all with the Shiny charm. I want to find a Shiny Blue Gligar or Gold Arbok in a horde though.

I am not sure how much higher the random Shiny chance is in Gen 6 but I found 3 random Shinys in my X playthrough before facing the Elite Four. (Golett, Male Gible, Female Gible)

In X I actually caught an Intimidate Scraggy in a horde, without even knowing it had it. I went in and one Scraggy had Intimidate, but I didn't expect it to be the one I ended up catching.

I once tried to shiny hunt, I'm probably not gonna do it again...

Now that I have more time to myself, I may try to get back into shiny hunting. Marriland's Wonder Trade Wednesday streams have sort of motivated me.

I hope they don't make it too much easier. Sooner or later if it keeps getting easier, shinies will not be as valuable.

I've never actually caught a Shiny or even encountered one as far as I know XD granted I'm not really one to go searching for them either

I had a few random encounters with shinies, but I lost all the saves those were on. ;-;

Yeah, I know. I must admit I had a really hard time beating him at first as well. (I couldn't find the ice types in Hoenn as a noob.)

Yeah I was able to find them but I already had a full team so I didn't want to add anymore. If i had known about Drake though I would've made an exception XD

I think I used Walrein in the end when I was just randomly surfing (probably for Dive) after getting bored of not being able to beat the E4 efficiently and discovered there was more to do above Mossdeep.

Also, I've got a seemingly random question: which PokéDex entries do you find the weirdest/funniest/craziest/scariest/whatever?

Ah yes, Banette's a great example. I didn't know about those of Frillish and Jellicent, but man, you're right, those are creepy. *takes note*
