Spent the last month playing Xenoblade X DE and only yesterday did I complete chapter 12. This game is LONG, I currently have about 103 hours clocked and almost all of that was spent on sidequests and exploration.
Just started Chapter 13, very tempted to take a break since 12 is where the OG Xenoblade X ended.

I've played some undertale now, and honestly felt a bit underwhelmed personally. I was kind of expecting it to be the next indie darling for me, and love it as much as some other similar-ish indie gems that I've got really into like Inscryption, Tunic and Stanley Parable. But for whatever reason Undertale just wasn't really landing for me in the same way those others did. Seems like it's not too long a game anyway, so I'll probably still come back to it and finish it off eventually, maybe it will grow on me and improve its impression in the latter half of the game...atp I kind of doubt it tho. I guess the hunt for my next indie that I love as much as those three above continues!

I was just playing Kirby Planet Robobot, in the True Arena. I lost on the very last attack against the final phase of the final boss because I jumped too early and got blasted by the attack... and this is definitely not the first time this exact scenario has happened.

Final Fantasy 14 funnily enough. Never thought I'd be one to get into MMOs, but this one is super fun!

After years of neglecting it I started playing The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild last weekend.
Enjoying it so far, easily losing track of time as I roam around. Really requires you to use your horse though as running anywhere takes forever.

Been a bit normie pilled and only really been playing fortnite recently. Been loving the star wars season and making sure I get all the rewards for it. Wonder what the next season will be, can't see it gripping me as much. But have had a blast playing this season with a bunch of friends and my little brothers. The great thing about collab content like that is; it's easy to convince people to hop on for some games with you to check out the new stuff they've added. Even if they aren't actively playing and/or haven't played for a long time.

Botw is soo good, I also took forever to get to it and only played it like last year, then had it consume me for a while til I finished it.

I've just finished "Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" on Veteran difficulty, if you're into FPS games I would recommend it.

Now I'm starting Modern Warfare 3, hopefully it's a bit easier than MW2.

I've been playing three separate games this month that are at least a year old and I'm squeezing as much suffering experience out of my gametime as I can after my weekly coursework is done!
  • Kingdom Hearts Final Mix - I'm playing a Proud mode run for achievements on Steam!
    • I'm just before the final world! Most of the easy achievements are already out of the way!
    • My goal this month is to complete at least two achievements a week, no more and no less
  • Pokémon Legends Arceus - I'm trying to complete all research tasks for the 'mons that reside in Crimson Mirelands.
    • My goal this month is to max out one pokemon's tasks a week, no more and no less
    • Doing this gets really time-consuming when you have to see Azelf use Self-Destruct 40 times.....
  • Fire Emblem 3 Houses - Black Eagles run on Hard mode, currently around chapter 15, I think!
    • My goal is to finish exactly one "in-game month" each week.
    • Leonie is punching people

I've been keeping things fairly small lately, haven't been able to really commit to a bigger game as a full project, so it's been a handful of smaller stuff lately upon my bf's recommendations. This past couple days I really enjoyed Backpack Battles and (the) Gnorp Apologue, both of which I want to play more of over this month, I did a few runs of Rabbit & Steel last month both solo and co-op and that was really fun, and my FFXIV raid group has been really wanting me to join them playing Marvel Rivals after raid sessions which has been an interesting experience since it's hard to break in that kind of game, the new player experience isn't great and I'm not the biggest fan of PvP shooters (or PvP in games in general) but I won't deny playing with them has been fun, and both Peni and Luna are cute.

If there's anything I'd do as a bigger full project, I'm heavily considering a "hard-mode" playthrough of Kirby Super Star Ultra where if I lose an ability I lose it for the entire game and I have to start from the very beginning if I ever die. I'm also definitely sinking my teeth into the new Deltarune chapters now that the game has a "full" Steam release, though I'll be restarting from the beginning because I never actually played Chapter 2 myself. We experienced Chapters 2-4 together when they each came out, but I wasn't the one holding the controller, and Deltarune is one of those games where it's even better when you get to make your own save file and dialogue choices yourself.

And of course, FFXIV is something I'm still grinding out on top of that. I'm planning out and collecting the necessary items for 6 Zodiac relics and 8 Anima relics to eventually get all of them, I really want to get back in the Occult Crescent sometime this week, and I did a lot of crafting today for the future. We also hit enrage on M7S last weekend and we're hoping to clear that very soon!
Not hurting for things to do in June, that's for sure, I'd just like to actually get everything that I want done.

As of now, I've been playing a lot of Tetris Forever compilation. Jumping from one game to another. If I feel like the need for a challenge, I do try Tetris Time Warp which is neat and a bit hard to master. I ought to get back into Pokemon Legends Arceus or Shining Pearl, but I also have Harvest Moon: Winds of Anthos in the console at the moment that I wanted to play.

Going back to Tetris Forever though: I had just recently finished Tetris 2 + BomBliss. I love BomBliss mode - or Blast as it's called in the states back in the 90s. Being able to build up lines to make more booms happen is so exciting. Before that was the SNES port: Super Tetris 2 + BomBliss and the Limited/Kattiban edition. It's odd to think I used to be more enthralled with the sequel with Sparkliss mode, but replaying the two Blast games that never came out in the states - I have changed my tune there and really enjoyed the BomBliss modes a whole lot more.
Super Tetris 3 was another game that also was Japan exclusive, but to me it was like Tetris Effects: Connected with the ranking system. If nothing else, that was what appealed to me with the game. I was so hooked on seeing the highest rank I could obtain in-game. I figured I had already maxed out my rank on TE:C so I wanted to try with ST3. Sparkliss is nothing compared to the explosive (heh heh) predecessor. I found it easier to understand as an adult compared to a young adolescent that was trying every game she could get the hands on. Once I understood that the sparks would go up and down compared to the Blasts from ST2+B being wider in radius, it wasn't as serotonin boosting as it used to be. It still had that charm, goodness knows! Just not as much as I had from years prior.

Already on save file numero tres - which meant that I had lost access to the Shiny Hisuian Zorua mask. I did weight the pros and cons prior to deleting each save and transferred the mons out of there while I can. Most of them were transferred to other games to be used as Grit fodder, while others were wonder traded via home for others to have or trade again. Shining Pearl was already well completed. I still needed to level up some mons and train them as well as getting some more money for PokeBalls to catch Zapdos and whatever other legendaries I have yet to catch. I do have Brilliant Diamond and that was on my personal backlist as well. I want to say I'm at gym 5 or in the process of that gym if not training for Maylene. I say that because I knew I was far enough to get access to the Metronome Shop in Veilstone City. I love the Generation 4 Re(masters) despite their flaws and their true to the source to a fault stance. If nothing else, I'm super close to completing my Sinnoh Dex on Home as well as the Kanto Dex.

Then again, Let's Go Eevee is rapidly approaching the access to Cinnabar Island and getting the other fossil revived to finish the Kanto Dex on Home... Oooff. Can't really decide what Pokemon to pick up anymore... :osha-scared:
