When you have played through the main storyline, and finally defeated the Elite Four, what next? While some games have *far* more post game content than others (Gen I vs Gen II as the obvious one :p ), there is always something to do.

How do you usually celebrate your League victory? Do you follow the suggested post game, or something else? What do you think of the post game content Game Freak has created thus far, and how do you think it can be improved?

Some breeding, grinding to Level 100 and whatever post-game is available. I really wish Game Freak would bring something like the Sevii Islands back, or allow us to travel to another region after becoming the champion. Those worked super well in FRLG and the Johto games and is a great way and keeping the player engaged with the game.

I don't do a thing post-game. As soon as I beat the league and the credits finish, I turn off the game and never play it until I reset to start all over again.

The only times that I've played through the post game is in the Johto games, and once in FireRed and Pearl. Those are the kinds of post games that I like the best: where there's a lot of locations to explore that aren't just battling facilities. Give me more storyline to explore! Which means that I am looking forward to finally playing through OR's post game.

Pretty much continue post-game stories, training, do some wonder trade, interact online

I would usually explore the locations or try out any post-game stuff (battle facilities, etc.). Also would catch any new Pokemon that you couldn't prior to beating the game, then after that my interest kind of diminishes. I don't have the patience to get my Pokemon to level 100. >.<

After finishing whatever is in the post game I usually move on to breeding. Breeding Pokémon with optimal IVs, natures, and egg moves makes me feel accomplished and gives me a lot to do, I can usually spend tons of time doing that and training all my favorites to lv. 100! Of course completing the dex is big too. :D

By the time I feel satisfied with all I did I usually end up in the 250-300 hour range mark.

Because I am lazy, I'll just copy Sheep.

This is exactly what I do. Plus I like to continue the Pokedex if it's a new generation. As for X and Y, I was *kinda* completing the shinydex.

Usually try to fill up the national dex, then breed for competitive pokemons so i can get into battle. then breed for competitive shinies. that's pretty much it. if there was a battle frontier like emerald I'd be all up in there. especially battle factory.

I've only completed Y and right now I'm trying to complete the Pokedex excluding legendaries and shiny hunting.

I do everything that you can in Post-game lol, but it mainly contains of me exploring the region, collecting megastones/TMs/etc. items, catch legendaries you can obtain post-game, breed/train/trade Pokémon, Contests, & Competitive Play

After I beat the game's storyline, I immediately do the following next:

    1) Catch/Obtain every Pokemon in the game.
    2) Seek out any glitches similar to Missingno, etc.
    3) Save data in a folder, hack the ROM, and re-do it with a Randomizer or something.

After I do the main story, and beat the Elite 4, I will probably see what bonus stuff is next after if it's a game I didn't beat yet. Like in ORAS I ran through the Delta Episode as soon as I could to see what comes after that.

But after that I go around filling up the pokedex. Sometimes shiny breeding when I am in the mood to do something competitive for once.

Battle Maison... Trying to obtain the Expert Battler Ribbon for my favorite Pokémon tho it's
    really hard. :(
