    Basically, what were you scared of as a kid that you aren't scared of now?

    I was afraid of the Titanic wreck. I think it was just the general overly creepiness of it that frightened me most. DX I kind of overcame the fear after a while though lol.
     
    The TV adaption of Stephen King's It. Now it's something I'm hoping would air on TV this month. XDDDDD
     
    The movie Signs. Even though now I make fun of the mudmonsters they call aliens in that movie, for months I always looked in the darkness inside my house for them before I walked past said darkness.
     
    There were some horror movies back then that I refused to watch when I was a kid or a teenager. Now I can actually tolerate them since I got friends who love to watch them and I just tag along with them

    However. Stephen King's IT is the only horror movie I will always stay away from.

    Ah, yeah, that one got to me, too. Aliens scared the **** out of me as a kid. I kept thinking they were just outside the window at night. Especially those big headed and creepy black eyed ones
     
    I was afraid of the paranormal as a child thanks to my experiences. Now I have no issue with it. As long as something or someone doesn't attack me!
     
    Big dogs. Then I went to a friend's house who has a big husky and he was the best dog in the world. Now I want my own big fluffy thing that I can ride to battle ^-^

    On a sidenote I now reallllly dislike small dogs. I don't fear them, I just find them incredibly annoying >_O
     
    i was TERRIFIED of chucky. like the doll. id be awake thinking that he would come in my room and stab me
     
    Dogs, I've gotten over it though. I really had no reason to be afraid of em.
     
    Germs. Specifically th 'you didn't wash your hands type'. Now I'm not so afraid of them so much as disgusted. Wash your damn hands, nobody wants to shake your penis- I mean hand.
     
    I was very terrified of the end of the world and the afterlife. Good thing that I learned that the former won't happen for a long time and the latter doesn't exist.
