    For me, it's usually Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. I watch this every year, and it's something that my grandmother let me watch while she made Thanksgiving dinner. It became my tradition since then, and I've watched it every year now. ^w^ no spoilers if you know about the parade
     
    probably hearing christmas music being played on the radio once december begins. that and obviously seeing all the houses decorated.
     
    Whenever I dread commercials getting too Christmas-y too soon, I already fall under the spell.
     
    Black Friday is the day that usually begins the Christmas spirit for me. Thanksgiving is Thanksgiving, so I always ignore Christmas stuff until Black Friday, always.
     
    Probably when my mother starts decorating and putting out the gifts she got us, she's very giving that way, so I want to be in it for her.
     
    Listening to Christmas music or seeing Christmas-themed ads! Seeing snow also usually works as a key factor. It's a shame we don't get much snow here at the right times though.
     
    As soon as anybody starts singing christmas songs, I'm ruined. I'll have them playing on my brain until January.
