So, what way do you sleep at night? Left side? Right side? Back? Stomach?

Me, I sleep on my stomach. Feels so good to just be splayed out.

really love sleeping on my stomach. but I can't always fall asleep that way. I don't think I have any particular preference

i'm mainly a stomach sleeper but occasionally i'll sleep on my side facing the wall.

I feel like I'm just constantly rotating throughout the night/as I try to get comfortable - I may fall asleep on my stomach or facing the left but could wake up sleeping on my back or something. Don't really have a preference either, unless I'm trying to sleep when there's daylight coming into my room, then I don't want to face the window.

I'm a stomach sleeper, I CANNOT sleep on my back whatsoever. I got both ears double pierced the same day and had to sleep on my back for a few months while they healed and I got such little sleep that entire time period. I can sometimes sleep on my sides but I'd rather not.

I'm actually a pretty good sleeper, and can sleep in nearly any position that I happen to find comfortable. I try to avoid sleeping on my back though, because I usually end up snoring, which then leads to a really sore throat in the morning.

on my back... tho i dont stay that way for long

im a VERY violent sleeper. It is not uncommon to find everything on the floor after waking up, and I have been known to kick people off beds or couches.

Also i mumble in my sleep. as far as I know, i can't sleep talk, but many family members and friends have noted my propensity for sleeping mumbling

I normally wake up on my back or stomach every time. I normally fall asleep on my sides.

I've been told my sleep habits are unhealthy. Mt horrible hunched scoliosis back probably doesn't help either....

    On my stomach facing left.
I can't sleep facing right at all.
