There is, but I don't know if it gets any real use or not.
Wuh? Sure its a weird, borderline mediocre game, but its an excellent test of analog prowness, and its the one thing that trained me as a kid to "think" three-demensionally.For the most part, SNES games are a lot pricier than N64 games; it all depends really whether or not you want to dish out more money for the SNES considering it still has an excellent library. If I were you, I would look at eBay and look at console bundles; a lot of sellers combine the system with a slew of games going with it - great games by the way - and the price actually isn't that bad as well.
If I were you though, go with the N64. It's cheaper and the games on it are still great to this day.
Except for Glover. Never play Glover.
I would probably do this if there was an achievement for playing on harder difficulties. Sadly there is not. Like the only games on the planet without difficulty achievements are from Bethesda, lol! That said, not all challenging things I do require incentive or else I wouldn't be in charge of Challenges. So maybe I'll play on the hardest difficulty. I want to play a more straight warrior and actually do smithing for once. The only other character I made really was for the Thieve's Guild because my character is so bad at stealth but already over level 50, so it seemed like I would have a better time playing it at a lower level with a character suited to it. btw the fact you can be the Arch Mage before level 10 is pretty funny.Hmm...I'm beginning to wonder if it's a good idea for me to restart Skyrim with a new, but similar character. I'm beginning to run out of things to do. (Maybe also on raised difficulty, too.)
That would be retro niceness.I want a transparent XL with the same purple tone as old GBCs, k get on that Nintendo
Honestly, that's been the situation in Japan for the last year. Handhelds and smartphones are incredibly dominant in the Japanese market. I thought the PS4 would at least be the console to do at least upward 10 000 weekly, but nope. After the first couple of weeks that shrunk to around 5000 - 8000 units per week.Last week's hardware sales in Japan are... I can't find a word to describe them.
PSV + PS4 + WiiU + PS3 + XB1 + 360 + PSP = 36,786
Nintendo 3DS (XL) = 43,592
And this is three weeks before the New is released, essentially making all the 3DSes sold these days obsolete. Meanwhile, according to Media Create, Xbox 1 sold a whooping 1,000 units just two weeks after its release.
If we just look at Japan, home consoles are dead.
I would think this probably has a lot to do with ORAS coming in just a couple months. People probably are trying to get their system ahead of time and with the new on the way, the XLs might be on sale some places over there. I mean Pokemon is pretty popular world wide, but it's nothing compared to what it's like over in Japan.Last week's hardware sales in Japan are... I can't find a word to describe them.

It's just because Japan is obsessed with Nintendo handhelds and Nintendo has biggest fanbase there.Last week's hardware sales in Japan are... I can't find a word to describe them.

Can you guys believe that there was a time where Nintendo DIDN'T make video games? XD It's so weird to think about them being a toy company or whatever they did, I think they made games still. This is kind of belated, but I just wanted to say Happy 125th Birthday/Anniversary to Nintendo! Thanks for all the years of gaming in the past, and I look forward to many more in the future!
It would have to be because of population, because there have been far more (major) Eastern oriented home console releases (or consoles in general, especially handhelds) in the past year. Then again, home console sales in the West are a bit better, I'm sure.
Regarding this, I wouldn't say they're obsessed, per se. Nintendo and Sony see about as many third party Japanese releases as each other, and as a result, it would seem that the Sony X Nintendo rivalry is very much alive in the East, even if its more on the level of the consumers rather than the companies themselves. Nintendo and Sony in Japan are not much different than MS and Sony today here. But, essentially, if Japan's obsessed with Ninty, they're just as obsessed with Sony. It's just because Japan is obsessed with Nintendo handhelds and Nintendo has biggest fanbase there.
You won't find the Nintendo dominance anywhere else.
And X-whatever shouldn't even appear there =D It is exact opposite of what Japanese want from a gaming system.
