Really though, I don't give a damn to giving you a target. I'm seeing this as mafia wanting to make town vote another town then sheep alongside if their idea is good, or if their partner isn't the target. And then, the blame gets on me when the one I voted flips town.

On the contrary actually. I was pretty much the first to really jump on Sparkin, starting yesterday, i'm just following my logic from yesterday. I feel like Sparkin is not playing like he usually does at all. Normally it's not that difficult to understand his logic, but this time, he dodges questions, ignores whole parts of your argument, and overall doesn't make a lot of sense. If this seems town to you, well, then I don't understand your point of view at all.

But what's the point of mafia acting so outwardly scummy? Sparkin has never portrayed himself in that way, which leads me to believe he's just bored of the game since he's sitting with a useless/nonexistent role.

Let me rephrase that question. What reason is there for Town Sparkin to do that? All he is doing is screwing us over tbh, no matter if he was bored or anything. I have a boring role as well, so that's an excuse, not a reason. If he is bored and doesn't want to play like that, then I rather have him dying, because even if he is town (Which I doubt), he wouldn't help us by acting like he is acting now. I also find it scummy how Kiyotaka is very much sheeping right now.

So, here's the thing, Sparkin is saying he's a Vanilla townie. However, you send to roles not players. Which means if Sparkin got a message as VT, I would also have gotten the same message and so would every other VT player. Unless, like in games Chura and/or I run, Agent and Spy can't message vanilla townies. This means Sparkin cannot be a Vanilla townie. So we have only four options here.

1. Sparkin is a town PR. He's lying about being a VT because he doesn't want to be lynched. Explains his reluctance to claim.

2. Both you and Sparkin are mafia. I doubt this though because the actual agent would have CC'd.

3. Sparkin is mafia and it is a coincidence that he used whatever codeword you sent.

4. Sparkin is VT and it is a coincidence that he used whatever codeword you sent.


I think we can rule out option two. Which leaves a 2/3 chance of Sparkin being a town role. With that being said, I am prepared to move my vote off of Sparkin for now.

Moving along, the only players here I see as likely to do the poetry thing are aeternum and Nakuzami. Maybe Gunner, but I don't think so. Of the three of them, I think Alvey is the most likely to send intentionally bad poetry. So I think aeternum is most likely the Spy.

So I'm going to go with [cage] aeternum for the moment.

Assuming that Alvey is maf, I find it dubious that Pecilia could be a partner. This is because Alvey voted Pecilia earlier on without much reason to.

Now, having come to the conclusion that Sparkin has a higher chance of being town than maf, I'm not sure about L'Belle anymore. I had been town reading him, but looking back I can see where Sparkin and Ishi are coming from.

That's not to say that they are, I just don't feel particularly inclined to scum lean them at this time. Sawsbuck and Miah however have just sheeped through and Josh/Naku have not been providing the kind of presence they are capable of.

So yeah, the way I see it the mafia is probably Aeternum, Sawsbuck, Miah and then Naku, Josh or L'Belle to round it off.
