I don't really plan mine, either. I did the current interest-based thing like you did earlier this year. Now that I'm a working girl, I'm kind of lazy and just have this default Lisia theme and change it for a month or so for Halloween and Christmas. I'm only planning for a Fates theme now because, like you, I'm super hyped about the game and it will take over all my free time for at least two straight months probably. xD
The GBA FE games shouldn't take too long to play if you stay focused I would recommend starting there.

It's my second favourite, it beat Harry Potter, my third xD My favourite is still Tolkien's legendarium (from The Silmarillion to LotR to The Hobbit) :p You should read them, I recommend it to any lover of Paolini xD

I have a feelings Supporter Collabs won't be back in action until after the new year. My next planned theme until then is a holiday one once December comes. (Or possibly after Thanksgiving.)
I'm not sure what to expect from Revelations, but I hope it ends with a bang since it's the last path I'll play! ( I don't want to think about when I'll have finished all of Fates for the first time just yet... x'D)

Definitely Inheritance. Absolutely! Oh my goodness, the twists and truths in that book are amazing. If you're still in Eldest, there's a lot you'll find out so keep reading, it only gets better!

I recommend the Game of Thrones (or to be accurate "A Song of Ice and Fire") when you get a chance. It's dark and the pace is horrid, but it can be engaging if you dig political intrigue.

People really wanting Fates is a good thing for Fire Emblem, business-wise. And to think that Awakening was supposed to be the last Fire Emblem game... I'm very glad it sold well internationally so we can have more Fire Emblem for years to come~
I wish you the best of luck with nabbing a Special Edition Fire Emblem Fates! Keep yer eyes peeled... Amazon is notorious for selling out fast, but Gamestop is pretty reliable both online and in-store, I think. Be careful about Best Buy online pre-orders. I remember they pulled some pre-orders for Majora's Mask 3DS systems a while back and people were upset. Be sure to check more mainstream retailers such as Target and Wal-Mart, too.
