Most of it is content created by PC members, but it is also supposed to be appealing to people outside of PC too, so that they can enjoy and possible decide to become a part of our community. Take ROM Hacks for example. We're only ever going to play ones made by PC, so it's PC content. BUT it can appeal to people not on PC too. It's the best of both worlds. As for involving actual PC members with commentary and such, we've been doing that with our podcasts, streams and even series too! We're working on that more and more.
The kind of content that would be ideal would be tutorials and resources, yeah. However, there is one more thing I could do. I could upload any videos you like at any time, but unlist them and put them into a playlist. Unlisting means they wouldn't appear on the main channel, but they could all be seen through the channels playlist. That way they wouldn't interrupt scheduled content going on.
