Omg yes! It seems like every teen nowadays has their head stuffed into their phones as though their life depends on it. It's quite sad really how some kids need to play thier phones in class during school. Like how badly do you need the thing?

Distraction can be both positive and negative. It's annoying when you have more important stuff to do, but on the other side it's necessary for your mind to relax for a bit. But finding a balance there is hard.
