This is an easy question for me. One person I will always be able to look up to here is Lilith/TwilightBlade. I cannot even begin to say how much of an absolutely heartwarming impact she's had on my life. She never gets angry at anybody here, and has made me feel extremely comfortable. Despite her hardships, she still gives her love to everyone, and she understands the importance of little things very well, which is so sweet. Her art gallery is just lovely, too. Also, yesterday she told me that she wished her life had more people like me. Awwwwwwww. :) I could go on, but i'll just say that even though me and her don't always agree with each other, she's someone who I will always have unconditional respect for.
There are definitely other people here I can say this about, though. After that we have Cordelia/CC/Mac/whatever you want to call him. He keeps her (Lilith) in check and has made her the loving person she is, but aside from that, there is so much to like about him. He's quirky, and sometimes makes no sense at all, but you know what? That's what makes him cool. And despite being a dad/husband with life's duties, he's still here and so easily accessible. He's done what he can to keep Trade Corner in check and help the new people and regulars fit in. And he's just well devoted to this place as a whole, often having interesting stuff to say. So, he's another person i'm glad i've gotten to know.
Afterwards is [supporter]Hikamaru[/supporter]. Her devotion to this site is easily noticeable, given that she's often posting in all different parts of the forum, especially the Welcome Lounge. In fact, I think she was the first person here I friended, and although I didn't really get to know her all that well until not horribly long ago, i'm glad that she's taken an interest in getting to know me. It's clear that she cares about the people here and is always appreciative of them.
Then we have Dragon/Aura Blackquill (sp?). While I haven't known him that long, it's safe to say that he's an awesome person who definitely cares about those here, and likes to add interesting topics to discussion in Video Games AND many of the Pokémon gaming forums. As with Sheep and Hikamaru, it shows that he wants the newbies here to enjoy their time. He's not a moderator of two forums for nothing!
Lastly, being a primary resident from Marriland, one other person who, while a newer member here, I feel a need to give it to as an extra bonus mention (although she probably won't see this), we have Shhmew, or Katey. While she was still on Marriland, she had touched the lives of so many people, including me, but sadly, her modding duties got to her head and she ended up leaving. :'( I don't know if I would compare her more to Sheep or Lilith, and while both those two ladies are amazing, I knew Katey first, so I have to give her credit. She's had a pretty hard life too (although everything said, at least she has a boyfriend), but gosh darn it, she's still amazing. And while not many people here have actually friended her yet, I hope you guys can come to appreciate her the same way I, as well as others on Marriland, did. If her massively liked post in the Staff Feedback thread is anything to go by, maybe she will get that attention.
