    1. All of my friends in school were those nasty popular girls-- think the Plastics from Mean Girls. (We even had unspoken rules for what made you allowed to hang out with us or not haha) I dressed, talked, and acted the part, but only because being friends with them made getting through the social hell of high school a breeze. Haven't said a single word to any of them since graduation and not the least bit sorry.

    2. I hate Halloween, Valentines Day, April Fools, St. Patricks Day-- all these random holidays where you don't actually get the day off but have to put effort into doing stuff for. (Giving out candy, paying attention to your outfit etc etc.) I'm too lazy for this life.

    3. I like watching other people play video games more than I like playing them myself. I'm just not very good at gaming, which makes the whole experience a little bit more suffering when I'm the one struggling at the controls.

    4. My first language is Mandarin-- but I stopped using it almost entirely when I entered grade school, and now I speak Japanese better than Mandarin, a fact which baffles my entire family since literally nobody save for my grandfather speaks it LOL

    5. Like gimme, I also hate travelling. I hate travelling to the point where I hate even leaving my apartment, whether it's for groceries, hanging out with people, shopping or whatever. That all falls under the category of 'travelling' as far as I'm concerned, so you can imagine how much I hate actually putting clothes into a suitcase and going somewhere for longer than a few hours...

    1. I've applied for jobs at the city, county, state, and federal level and (almost) successfully am through to hiring for the federal level. I started at the city, then applied for the county, and finally for the state before going after a federal job. :)

    2. I have severe wanderlust. I watch documentaries on trainhopping, hitchhiking, and traveling and just want to get up and go. The idea of taking a camera with me and documenting my experiences to share with people encourages these feelings. I am also fascinated by the idea of visiting North Korea for this same reason. It's an opportunity few get, so it's something that heightens my travel-bug.

    3. If I had a dream job, it would be writing screenplays and books to adapt into full length movies or television series. I've had a creative idea or three to turn into full novels and screenplays, but I have some problems with motivation or misplaced motivation and never do much with my ideas.

    4. Similarly to 2 and 3, the idea of a Pokemon adventure sounds so amazing. I can't stand the games, but I've joined journey RPs which allow me to create a character who gets to live out those adventurous dreams and capture my favorite Pokemon. (4A. My favorite Pokemon are basically the monkeys and sea/water creatures. In order: Aipom, Totodile, Infernape, Primeape, the Pans (Pansear, Panpour, Pansage) - but not their evos, and Tirtuoga)

    5. My all-time favorite television series is Six Feet Under. It's a show on HBO about life, death, and dealing with loss. I've watched the series through twice and cried at the end both times (like straight up bawling). I feel like it's a show that should be watched when you've lost someone. It's not a cheery show or positive or optimistic, but it's all part of the ebb and flow of life.

    1. I have a brother with mild autism. We get along just like any siblings do - most of the time, we play and have fun together, but sometimes I find him annoying.

    2. As well as Pokémon, I'm also a huge fan of Splatoon. I play it nearly every day. None of my friends have a Wii U though, so I don't have anyone I know to play with.

    3. I'm also a fan of grand strategy games. I played Rome Total War (the first one) at quite a young age and I got into Civilization at around the age of 9 with Civilization 4. I still play Civ 5, Endless Legend and, most recently, Crusader Kings II. I love playing CKII with the Game of Thrones mod!

    4. I'm a terrible introvert in real life, to the point where it feels like I can't make friends any more. The "friends" that I do have don't really feel like friends.

    5. I actually applied to Oxford University and got invited for interview, but they didn't offer me a place after the interviews. I hate doing stuff like interviews and presentations and stuff, so this experience really pushed me out of my comfort zone.

At least you got out of your comfort zone and did something great. Sorry you didn't get in, but be proud of yourself for giving it an effort. :)

    1. I really like Veggie Straws.
    2. The Lions are my favorite football team.
    3. I hate chocolate, watermelon, cake and other cake-like products.
    4. My favorite types of music are metal, rap and dubstep.
    5. I really really miss playing the tuba and being in marching band.

    1. I know barely anything about the Peanuts comic strip (no my username is not based on the main character). My little brother was watching the recent movie the other day and I was watching bits and pieces of it and with the glimpses I saw of the character Charlie Brown, I can definitely see similarities between the two of us hahaha :P

    2. Taylor Swift and I have held hands. Not just a brush of the hand, but a full on hold for a solid half a second or so. Highlight of my life.

    3. I love travelling and exploring! I haven't had many opportunities to travel when I was a kid (apart from Sri Lanka, which is where my parents are from) but I've been trying to do more of it over the last couple years. I just love exploring new areas and cultures, and really immersing myself into another way of life. Going to Japan at the end of the year (yolo/10) and will be hoping to do a big Euro trip between uni and work, to really experience the cultural diversity there, experience all the history, see all the pretty natural things, etc.

    4. I love stories - telling them, listening to them, sharing them, living them. I started up a 'Humans of [insert name of my university here]' page last year because I love HoNY and always wondered why there wasn't one for my university, and then had that massive realisation that I could be the one to start it up. I just love hearing more and more about people, the cool things they do and what they're into. My goal is to ultimately become an author, and along the way I'd love to work for an NGO, travel around the world and share stories of people whose lives have changed through the work of the NGO ;)

    5. I've worked a lot in marketing over the past couple years and I'm currently the marketing director for a new social enterprise aiming to combat youth homelessness. Despite this, I've only taken one marketing subject in my whole degree, and it's the subject I've received the lowest mark in so far :P

Wow, there are so many new interesting facts about people in here that I didn't know. Here's my list:

    1. Diamond was the first Pokémon game I've played. It is also the newest Pokémon game I've finished. (Probably the newest game overall as well.)
    2. Even though I have an obsession with cheese, I used to be allergic to milk for the first twelve years of my life.
    3. My dream job would be a board game designer, since I really love playing board games. Becoming a chemistry teacher is probably a more realistic position of my future.
    4. Currently I work at the local bingo hall as a waiter. This used to be once every week, but a decrease of popularity reduced it to only bingo night a month. Yup, I'm basically jobless now.
    5. I really enjoy worldbuilding, but I'm often too lazy to actually put things down on paper since I know I won't do anything with it. I still have tons of them in my head, even to the finest details.

    1. I really enjoy cooking and baking, even though I rarely do it.
    2. I play the guitar, the piano and the clarinet and would love to learn more instruments, even though i don't practice my current ones very often.
    3. I love black and white film photography, even though it's completely outdated.
    4. I'm always warm, even when it's freezing.
    5. I can read most average length books in a day if I want to.

    1. I avidly watch Sherlock

    2. While my name is Aisu I am, in fact, not ice.

    3. I am an excellent copycat.

    4. I sound more foreign than I actually am.

    5. My dream job is tiling roofs.

    3. I'm absurdly addicted to non-vocal music.
    4. I love staring at scenery.

Including Lycan, that makes three of us! :D Every time I try and listen to music with vocals, I find myself switching to something else. A favourite movie or video game OST, most likely. :3

    1. I'm prone to periodic bouts of depression and anxiety, especially once night sets in. While I find sunset really beautiful and like to sit outside with my budgie to view the twilight colours, my mood usually drops significantly at the thought of heading back to the house, where the atmosphere can get a little oppressive.

    2. Silence in the morning is really important to me, and 8:30 AM is my favourite time of day. I love quiet, soothing instrumental music and the sounds of nature (birds singing, crickets piping etc.), it's just harsh noises really grate on my nerves. >.<

    3. I highly enjoy writing, but have been suffering from chronic writer's block. I guess it's because I prefer quality over quantity and am always compulsively nit-picking each sentence I type-up, as a perfectionist, which loses the word flow and leaves me staring at a near-empty page. I've been told by the very few people who have read my literature that I'm a good writer, yet I find it hard to believe them because I am overly critical of myself. I'm working on this, though!

    4. I adore animals and nature above most things in the world! I've lived in the country for the majority of my life and cities give me bad anxiety. D: I could never live the city life; it's just a claustrophobic maze of little nature and too many people. Urk, the crowds...

My favourite animals? I love too many to count! :D Buuut I do particularly like cute ones like cats, rabbits, birds, raccoons... and basically any rodent! As for nature, I adore all sorts and can appreciate the diverse beauty in many different landscapes. However, I do favour overgrown greenery with clustering flowers, like what you might see in the English countryside (I sooo wanna go). I enjoy time outdoors during cool, sunny weather, and dream of one day having a magnificent garden of my own. c:

    5. I'm very much the introvert in real life—quiet, reticent, shy, self-conscious, awkward... you'd think I'm a completely different person from how I am online. I'm still the same inside, but I just can't express it because I find it really hard to talk to people. Like, really hard. Wherever I go, an awkward silence follows, haha. This is even the case with family members, with the exception of siblings. And like Sheep said, being put on the spot, such as doing a public speech, feels me with this sickly dread. I'm embarrassed sooo easily, ehe. n__n;

    :(

I usually choose not to talk about myself personally, but... yeahhh these are too familiar to me. :c All of these traits either apply to me now or have applied to me at some point in the past, so I couldn't keep quiet about this. Hang in there, okay? ^-^

OMG ughhh! Writer's block can die in a fire. This was literally me 100% last year, until I finally told myself to suck it up if something doesn't sound the way I want it. <__< I guess the bad part is that I put slightly less effort into my writing now, but I guess it feels a lot easier on me? Aha. Though I still occasionally have trouble thinking of what to write (as well as how to word it), aaaand I can't help but obsessively re-read my writing over and over, as if I were witch-hunting for mistakes. Not fun, eheheh.

Omg your terrible sun i like dedenne just not thaaaaaaaaaaaat much haha.

B-but... I always thought you were a real Dedenne! D:

(Okay, all joking aside, I still haven't gotten over this... even after a week!)

My dream job would be a board game designer, since I really love playing board games.

You play a lot of card games too, right? In that case, you should totally get into Yu-Gi-Oh — it's a ton of fun! I can already imagine you being the next King of Games, just like Yugi Muto! :p

    1. I have acne problems, so I'm using three cream brands recommended by my dermatologist to get rid of them, but one of them tends to irritate my eyes during the afternoon.

I know the pain! The worst is when you're sure you're doing everything right (healthy diet, excercise, not touching your face, etc.) and it doesn't help. Finding the cause is a bitch.

    1) I have a bit of a hybrid accent. I spent my childhood in Scotland and grew up in England so my accent is hard for some people to place. I've been mistaken for Irish, Canadian, American, South African, Australian, Bristolian. I think Bristolian sounds most accurate so I basically sound like a farmer.

    2) I don't know what I'm doing with my life. I'm stuck between studying to become a teacher or finding a realistic way to finance living on the road. I've always loved the idea of packing my essentials into a van and adventuring. It's probably just a pipe dream but who knows!

    3) I have a scar on my eyebrow from when I used to shave and draw them on. I probably looked a bit like a drag queen but now that eyebrow is damn hench.

    4) Because of skin problems I'm very picky about food. It can be a problem eatting out or at someone else's place. There's a lot of junkfood I haven't had in years. When people gift me chocolate I'm silently screaming.

    5) There are certain shows I don't immediately admit to liking in case I'm associated with their fandoms eg. Sherlock, MLP. I don't want people to assume I draw porn on Tumblr or the like.

Oh hey, I'm studying to become a teacher myself, because I need a high-quality job that I could handle.

It can't look that bad; did it permanently prevent your eyebrow from re-growing after a shave?

I'm pretty sure you're living under a myth that certain foods causes acne, as there's really no evidence to prove it.

    1. I almost killed myself as a toddler by climbing the shelf using the drawers and pouring scalding coffee onto myself.

    2. I listen to somewhat religious songs even though I despise the topic of religion.

    3. My favorite Nintendo game series is Kirby, however I've only ever owned two Kirby games. Epic Yarn (which I never finished because the ability to never die made it boring) and one of the NES games (Kirby's Adventure I believe; this was never finished because of various reasons regarding the console it was on.)

    4. My handwriting is absolutely, positively and most definitely horrible.

    5. I bought a PS Vita before my 3DS because I thought the 3DS would give me a headache. Let's just say I wasted my money.

Future teachers unite! :D I actually do like my eyebrow scar. Only the scar and area around it wont re-grow. I used to hate it because I thought it made me look thuggish. I've learned to love it. By the way, hench is a word Brits use to mean 'tough'. Usually in a good way.

I've heard that about food and acne. I have no idea if it's stress or the actual food but if I had some chocolate right now I would break out tomorrow. It probably is the stress of what the chocolate would do but it's easier for me to just avoid it in the first place. I'm not a big fan of the taste of most junk anyway. Except battered fish and hotdogs. Sweet pig's anus.

    1. I'm here lol!
    2. I'm a decent cook but I can't bake cookies at all. They always come out too salty/dry/sweet...etc

I almost killed myself as a toddler by climbing the shelf using the drawers and pouring scalding coffee onto myself.
    3. Ouch that sounds terrible. A similar situation also happened to me when I was v young. My family just moved into an apartment which had a huge glass wall and I somehow shattered it while my parents were in another room. Luckily most of the shards avoided me but I still have a scar on my arm. I've always thought it was pretty cool though.

    4. Not at all interested in having romantic relationships but I love reading about them.
    5. My awesome friend got me a signed rwby shirt while she was in Texas! I'm hoping to get more signatures from crwby.
