If Scarecrow is dead, how would you have gotten poisoned?

So this phase is supposed to end at 5am my time, but since I'd really like to not stay up that late for another phase change I will extend it to whenever I wake up tomorrow, meaning you have about 12-16 hours :)

At this point I don't care who gets the riddle as long as it's not the riddler

B A T T L E - F O R - G O T H A M​
N I G H T -F O U R​


After a relatively quick and unchallenged claim, the Gothamites swiftly voted for the execution of Gimmepie. After the voting had finally come to a close, Gimmepie knew the jig was up. He ran outside of the courthouse, hoping to escape, but tripped on the outside stairs. The Gothamites quickly surrounded him and blocked off his escape.
"Wait! You fools don't know what you're doing! Don't you recognize me?! I'm the Joker!" He pleaded, hoping that they would finally see some sense in his words.
"Yeah about that... No you aren't." The Joker stepped out from within the crowd, "You had a decent run, but you choose the wrong person to impersonate, you're the only fool here."
"But am I? Do they really know about you? Do they really know what you do? What would happen if they found out?"
"You're just trying scare them, you have no idea what you're talking about... And I think it's about time I shut you up." The Joker pulled out his revolver yet again, and aimed it at Gimmepie's head. Gimmepie began shedding tears...
"I'm sorry, Owls" He whispered, "I've failed the Court... Please stay strong in my absence."
A bullet fired, and Gimmepie was still. The Gothamites stared at the body for a moment, then walked away. They were desensitized to the death at this point.

As the Riddler walked away, he held up his trophy and reward.
"How ingenious! The Great Dane will be known as one of my best successes! Many were close, but none could decode such a riddle formed from this untouchable intellect!"

And so, the sun set upon the city of Gotham, and the moon rose. The night has begun.​

  • All Pokecommunity and Underground rules apply
  • One final vote per day phase, you will be allowed to change your vote after the first
  • You may only change your vote twice per day phase
  • Please use EXECUTE [PlayerName] to confirm your vote
  • Abstaining during the Day Phase is not allowed
  • Missing two executions will result in your immediate execution
  • For executions, if there would be a tie, RNG will break the tie.
  • Unless you are a Defender of Gotham, a member of the Court of Owls, or a member of the League of Assassins, you are not allowed to PM anyone but the GM
  • If you are a member of one of the aforementioned groups, you will only be allowed to discuss the game with your fellow group members in the appropriate Skype chat which will be supervised and created by Golgari
  • All Battle for Gotham discussion should be kept here
  • If you are DEAD, you are DEAD. Don't haunt the thread with your posts
  • However, if someone dies, or gets lynched, they get to give ONE deadpost, that doesn't give any information about the game
  • Getting caught posting during the night phase will automatically kill you
  • Night actions should be sent to the appropriate GM by PM
