Just got back from a vacation and now I'm back to my 9 and 10 hour shifts. I miss my vacation naps.
9 to 10 hour shifts :( Do you work 5 days? Hopefully the pay is good...
Wow, that sounds really sh*tty. Is it something that is beneficial to you in the long run?
I know a few people who are pharmacy technicians.I mean I'm a pharmacy technician so I supposed it's a "good, respectable" job. I don't intend on being a pharmacist but maybe I can take my knowledge and apply it to the fields I want to go into.
I know a few people who are pharmacy technicians.
1. What's a pharmacy technician?
2. How did you become one?
3. The people I know who are pharmacy technicians make a lot more than $11. I think they might be ripping you off!!

Hi! My mother is one, I can answer:
BASICALLY they do all the work like counting the pills and putting them together in bottles and preparing prescriptions.
College course
They do, I think you should be getting more, I'd seek new employment tbh

Don't be like my sister who became one. The first job she found is Walmart and they pay her like crap. I try to encourage her to find a better job at a hospital or at a prison center where they handle medications for prisoners (because they pay salary and not hourly) but she turned down the offers. Employers will hire you as long as you obtained the certifications and the proper training.
She gets paid on average $19 an hour, then again this is in California so I don't know if it's higher in other states or places. She's been working for about 10 years now.
My sister did her training in about a year, which is the average. Some colleges do have two year Associates programs, depends on where you are.
hi!!! hope everyone is having a good evening.
