Eh, post count is nice.
I'm not going to go out of my way to rack up a high post count, but it's cool to see who's the most active around the forums.

I don't think I should worry about majorities and minorities... should I?

I used to care about it a lot, but after I hit 1K I just stopped. <<

The point was that you don't understand its importance because there is none because the majority of people don't care about it, and they make sure not to care in a very vocal way. Know what I mean?

Naysayers do tend to be louder.
Hell, look at media, even. It's very easy to find people who were apparently extremely dissatisfied with that movie they had been waiting a month to see.

I'm surprised I managed to get inside the ten highest postcounts but I do it nice and slowly, and I actually don't like to rush my way around because well that would take the fun out of it.

Post count is pretty engrained in PC culture; higher post counts are genuinely more "respected" or looked upon more with satisfaction then a user who just joined. Its something that I agree and disagree with, but its evident that a lot of users are biased in that regard.

I think it's superfluous in seriousness, but in a lighthearted sense it is something. Regulars on LTT with similarly ungodly postcounts flaunt it around jokingly, but when people seriously obsess over it, it's something else. At that point you're missing the point of a message board.

This might sound stupid, but what does LTT stand for?

LTT is the name for the Linus Tech Tips message board, associated with the LinusTechTips and Techquickie YouTube channels operated by Linus Media Group. It's a forum set up for computers and technology, but is most focused on PC hardware as opposed to console tech or software topics (though there are sections for those two). https://linustechtips.com/main/

Idk what this thread is about, but I figured I could jump in and brag that I finally got myself PMD Explorers of SKY, TIME and Pokemon Ranger Guardians signs.

All three for 25$ :D

Score!

Dude, just read the first page. It's all outlined there. This may be a general discussion thread, but there are still rules.

Anyway, I'm more of an old school Pokéfan, myself.
I'll probably play the new games eventually, but that day is not today.

Was that a Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal? Because that's a really good deal.

Also, you didn't really break any rules. Don't worry. haha.

I'm tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiirred. I don't ever want to go to school again.

No lol we dont have that here (at least the kind America has lol)

I just found it on my country's version of ebay. Like few times a year there is someone who sells Pokemon games for a super cheap price. I got my Nintendo DS Lite and about a dozen of Pokemon games for a really good deal in 2 years that I've been collecting them :D

Ebay's got really good deals on video game bundles. Just recently I bought all 6 Syphon Filter games on both PS1 and PS2 for $5.00 with free shipping. I am going to be gaming so much once I'm through with school.

I tend to go through ebay when it comes to buying past-generation things, because they'll always be peeps who are selling it really cheap.
