I never listened to music in the late 90s and early 2000s. All I did was play Pokemon :D

I might be the only one, but I prefer Nsync over Backstreet Boys. Pop was my jam back in 2001. Too bad the Backstreet Boys are the ones making a comeback and not Nsync. All Nsync got was a 50 second reunion at the VMAs this year. :(

The only music I listened to in the 90s was the songs they played on Radio Disney so whatever they considered clean for kids. Of course some songs were edited. The song "Mambo Numba 5" for example had a Disney version. Being born in 92 has it's benefits. :)

Though when i got older I borrowed a whole bunch of CDs from the 90s and became more familar with some of the songs from back then that Radio Disney didn't play.

I was basically stuck in a cave for the 90's. I know like zero songs from that era. Whenever my friends go out to the local club's 90's night, I always feel out of place.

I don't listen to any of the bands that you guys mentioned. x:
My taste in music has begun to shift toward metal.
The downside is getting metal songs stuck in your head. What are you supposed to do when that happens? I mean, it's not like normal people can hum something like that. I certainly can't. X}

By the time I gained a real taste in music, it was along the lines of Disturbed, Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, Sick Puppies, Three Days Grace...stuff like that.

My taste of music is a huge variety. I like just about anything from classical and soundtrack, to metal and hard rock. My two favorite bands are Bon Jovi and Iron Maiden. The only genre of music I don't like are rap and hip-hop. I even listen to dubstep, but that's more for dancing than anything else. I've been working on popping recently. Uggh, there I go, rambling on again. :P

I've got quite wide tastes, but the one genre I'm really into is the genre known as "EDM". Just ask ShadowExcadrill and he'd love to explain it to ya!

Oh god, I remember my Nu Metal phase.

Papa Roach <3 Still like their stuff, ngl. Although their newer stuff is reminiscent of 30 Seconds to Mars, which ain't a bad thing at all.

In the 90's and 00's I used to be a huge fan of sooooo many pop group bands that only released one album and broke up right after. Some include Dream Street, Play, O-Town, 98 degrees, and sooo many more. :D

Also NO CLASS TONIGHT YESSSSS. I need to get things printed out and imma go home. See ya in 20 min PC :D

Do you remember Nick Lachey? Jessica Simpson's ex-hubby? His brother Drew? They were both in that group.

No? I'll leave you with this video.

*sigh* such hunks they were back then <333

...What kind of band name is 98 Degrees? Lmao.

Just be True To Your Heart, Dipu, you'll find that you're 98 Degrees and Rising.

Did I do that right?
Eh, nevermind, I'll get out now...

I listen to probably anything on and off the radio excluding hard metal. BSB's great too as they were part of my childhood, but I don't think I was really into them like some of my other friends. Didn't really get into the hype I guess. Oh oh, and Bon Jovi is the best. His music is amazing <3 I've always wanted to go to one of his concerts, but I don't know if I will ever be able to do that.

98 degrees were awesome too! We had a poster of them in our room. And by "we' I mean my brothers and I. Yup three boys had a poster of a boy band in their room lol.

Haha, it's funny because 98 degrees is in Fahrenheit. In Celsius, that would be an arbitrary two degrees below boiling point :P
