    I floss as often as I remember, which I'll admit is not everyday but almost. Do you floss? No judgment but you probably should if you don't.

    NO! I'M A HUMAN BEING! NOT SOME LOWLY ANIMAL!

    Wasn't there a study that said flossing is next-to worthless in dental hygiene?

    Judging from all the shit-breath I've encountered while working I call that study garbage. People need to floss, people need to brush their teeth. . . dental floss is proven to reduce gum disease when used properly.

    less than i should considering braces and all that, more than the average person.

    I try to every day or at least every other day. I used to hate the thought of it because it was so tedious but now I just use those floss picks and it's simple.

    I floss almost every night - some exceptions when I'm super super tired and just want to collapse after brushing my teeth, but I think it's fine since I floss often enough to miss a day or two occasionally.

    and yes, god bless floss picks
    I honestly don't even know how to floss with just a string anymore, like how do you even get back there lol

    I find it hard to believe that leaving old food in between your teeth is totally fine for good dental hygeine.

    God I have tried so many times to, but I just can't stick with it for over a week. It's annoying and tedious. My dentist tells me each time I go for a cleaning how good/clean my teeth are but that they'd be even better if I flossed. Eventually I'll get into the groove. Maybe. ):

    I try to remember to do this, but I don't always do it. Depends on how lazy I'm feeling at the moment. Or tired. I tend to wait until I'm falling asleep to brush my teeth, at which point I'm just like "I can't be bothered to floss right now". :T

    Though I really should do it more often, since I think I've gotten a few of my cavities from not doing it. Or at least, I'm sure I did if the comment the dentist made was any indication (something along the lines of "typical flossing cavity" when he saw one of them).

    I started flossing a few years ago and pride myself on having only missed a couple of days since then. I floss once a day, just before I go to bed. I use floss sticks - they're sooooooo much easier to use than string floss yet give the same result.

    Not as much as I should :( The dentist always scolds me about it and whenever I go to the dentist and they floss my teeth, they bleed ;_; Floss sticks are super easy to use, so I think I'll buy a bunch of them soon.

    I had thought the same thing. But that white gunk ain't food; probably worse than food too. XD;;;;;

    I can't get the habit of doing so. It's really forgetful.

    Also, did you know that the proper way to dental hygiene is floss first, brush, and rinse last?

    I-I should, but I keep forgetting, I'll say I'm gonna floss but my shit memory keeps forgetting.
    I'll go floss right now though.
