I floss as often as I remember, which I'll admit is not everyday but almost. Do you floss? No judgment but you probably should if you don't.
Judging from all the shit-breath I've encountered while working I call that study garbage. People need to floss, people need to brush their teeth. . . dental floss is proven to reduce gum disease when used properly.Wasn't there a study that said flossing is next-to worthless in dental hygiene?
NO! I'M A HUMAN BEING! NOT SOME LOWLY ANIMAL!

I find it hard to believe that leaving old food in between your teeth is totally fine for good dental hygeine.
Why's that? People have been around far longer than dental floss. As an example, the fluoridation of water may not have brought any significant improvement. Removing plaque may be like sanding an oxidation layer off a metal — the seal is broken and more erosion can occur. You gotta do the research if you wanna know what's worth believing.I find it hard to believe that leaving old food in between your teeth is totally fine for good dental hygeine.
