IMPORTANT: Event Scheduling

We have a lot of events to incorporate into the GT, so it's important that we stay organised to make sure we don't have any events that are occurring at the same time. We don't want people to have to choose between Jackbox and Pictionary as an example.

So, once you have figured out what times your event will be running, please post that date and time (in EST) in this thread so we can all keep track. Once we have everyone down, we'll put together a proper calendar for your benefit as well as for the ease of participants.

At the moment, I'm considering Pictionary sessions every day at 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST

PMD&D will be running
- Saturday October 15 at 8:00am EST (Session 0)
- Saturday October 15 at 1:00pm EST (Session 0)
- Sunday October 16 at 4:00am EST (Session 0)
- Saturday October 22 at 8:00am EST (game)
- Saturday October 22 at 1:00pm EST (game)
- Sunday October 23 at 4:00am EST (game)

Fortune Cup and SWC will both be running through the entirety of the GT. Submissions for SWC will end on the 20th though.

Launches Mind Read the Room on the first day. Individual deadlines for sections:

• Yes/No Questions: October 12th at 11:59 PM EST
• Multiple Choice Questions: October 15th at 11:59 PM EST
• Short Response Questions: October 18th at 11:59 PM EST

For my events:

ACNH and FF14 - start day 1 of the GT and will end the day before (22nd)

VG Trivia & E&M Trivia - start day 1 of the GT and will change to the next day's trivia at 00:00 UTC+1 (19:00 EST)

Jackbox - TBC

Eevee's Arcade will run for the entire GT length.

Deadlines for the Fakemon Design Contest will be Fridays 23:59 UTC (or alternatively 19:59 EST)

Paint & Describe will be in sign ups from Day 1 to Day 2 at 6 PM EST. Then it'll be running until the end of the GT.

FG&PT will run daily, with each game's deadline being 6 PM EST the next day. October 22nd won't have a new game.

Anime/Manga Trivia will be daily (12am EST to 11:59pm EST) and will span the entire GT.

Spot the Difference will run daily for 12 days, or 13 days in the event of a tie for the top three spots.
It will start on the first day.

As usual the Pokémon Challenge with me and Janp is running for the entirety of the GT!

Speed Art - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10:00 PM EST

Egg Swap will hold two events this year. For the first week we will open for Pokémon Sword and Shield, and for the second week we will open for Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. We'll not have a sign up period this time - you can start as soon as you have a number.

Sword & Shield: 9-15 October (From whenever the thread is posted to 23:59 EST)

I'll try and get both threads posted as early as possible but I will have to find time around work.
