Everyone knows this day as Valentines day! If you are in a relationship you are probably looking forward to this day but if you are like me and single you probably want it to pass already. What are some of your V-day plans?

I probably won't do much... other than the usual. You know, spend time with my boyfriend and what not. It depends whether or not he is on during Valentine's day though. XD

He may have plans for you though as a surprise!

Naw. I doubt it. We usually don't do much for that day. All we do is just spend time with each other and that's about it. It's an online relationship as well, so there isn't much we can do for each other. XD

Oh that makes sense haha. I suppose there are e-valentine cards though! :3

Make a pot of chili so I can make good farts while I watch sad movies while being curled up in a comfy warm blanket.

Last year's valentines day sucked so hard. My ex gave me a playlist of like 50 songs on a flash drive and then she kept texting me every like 10 minutes asking if I had gotten through all of them yet.

I'm in a relationship myself, but I have to work most of Valentine's Day. Thankfully, we are doing our big dinner at the country club I work at on Friday night. We're not open for dinner on Saturday night and our host company has a lot going on on Valentine's Day itself, so we slipped under the radar there. I do have to work our sports bar area, but it's not a huge deal. Since it's a holiday, I might run into some nice tips or a really slow day...either of which, I'll take. Tips are nice, but if it's slow, I can leave early and not waste my time.

Anyway, I'm going to see my boyfriend after work. He's gonna cook dinner for me and we'll exchange our gifts. Honestly, I wish he'd take me somewhere because we never really go OUT on dates and we are always cooking, but he doesn't have a lot of money so I understand. I just want us to go out so that we can BOTH relax. We are always cooking when I am over at his place for dinner. So I'd really like to go out and have all of that taken care of for us and get treated to a nice meal, but it's not a huge deal.

If anyone is interested, and I know you're probably not at this point but I don't care, I got him Amy Poehler's book Yes Please, a jar of s'more cookie mix (we both love s'mores, so it makes sense), and a few Pokemon cards that are relevant (his favorite and a Stunfisk with a bunch of hearts!!!). I already know he got me a shirt from somewhere cause I was there when it came in lol. Curious to see what's on it. :P

I've never had a valentine, but I'm not someone who gets upset over the holiday. Still though I wouldn't be mad if one day I'm with someone who acknowledges it and would like to do something sweet :)

I think it's a bit awkward to go on a third date on valentines, so we decided to do a Friday the 13th date, let's just say I probably won't "get lucky".

Anyway, I am planning on Mediterranean food.

On Valentines day, I am going to be a third wheel at salsa dancing. I have a "date" or "dance partner", but I think she's under the false assumption I can dance because I look Hispanic apparently and because I like men.

So, I think it will be a fun weekend and a bit unconventional...but this is closest thing to me celebrating valentine's so...progress.

Watching Single Train (Game Grumps Valentine's Day special) on Youtube. While eating junk food and playing Pokemon. It's too cold to be outside.

I'm single so there's no special connotation for that day for me. I do love chocolates, though! Other than enjoying sweets, I don't think I'll do anything different Saturday.

I recall last year going to to a "Singles get-together" with a close friend of mine and the boy she liked, who was also single. I knew they had chemistry and frankly they should have done the date without me there, as I was simply a third wheel. But I was there to support my friend, and I just knew the two would end up dating soon. Sure enough, the next month it was official. This March it'll be one year for them!

Ah, that's right... Saturday I'll be working at my local library. There's a high probability of more free treats!

    Attend my sister's graduation.

Other than that, I'll probably sit around and hate everyone in the world who has a significant other. No, no, it's totally not because I don't have a girlfriend myself (although it doesn't help); even if I did have a girlfriend, I'd probably still do the same thing, just because I'm just that spiteful. Yay me...

That is...assuming I don't die the day before on my flight to L.A.

Friday the 13th...wow, Mom, you sure picked a good day to put me on a plane.

My girlfriend and I scheduled to get massages on Valentine's Day, so we're looking forward to spending our VDay just relaxing. I want to do something else overly special for her though...she's a big fan of Tank Girl - an Aussie comic book hero - so I bought her an entire volume of Tank Girl comics, but I want to do something else special for her. Can't think of anything at the moment though.

I'm still single, so I'm going to be celebrating Friday the 13th more than Valentine's Day (planning to create a thread about it soon), because I'm going on a family trip this Saturday. However, there is someone from my Skype contacts who is interested in having a boyfriend, but I don't know, it feels too easy.
