Do you think you are more of a pessimist or optimist?

I like to think I'm more of an optimist! I'm not above thinking pessimistic or realistic thoughts mind you; I think we all still have them from time to time, but, I just don't let it hold me down, y'know? If I generally think there's a light at the end of a tunnel or if there's a half-glass full of juice so to speak, then, I'd like to make it reality if I can.

Overall, I would probably be considered an optimist. However, I oftentimes feel the weight of the constraints reality offers, thus oftentimes do feel a bit of pessimism.

I will also say that viewing social media for prolonged periods of time can generate even more feelings of pessimism.

I'm definitely more of a pessimist. I wish I could be more optimistic - and I definitely have made strides to being so by trying to adopt a more positive outlook on life - but...yeah. Deep down I'm always the half-empty kinda guy. orz

I've been described as a pessimist but I consider myself a realist, the reality is just that the world isn't as sunshine and rainbows as we'd like and as much as something positive can happen we have to be prepared for the worst too.

i try to be as optimistic as i can but with my depression weighing me down a lot sometimes i can't help but be pessimistic. it sucks.

I'm just glad I can make friends with other pokemon fans, it doesn't matter if they're 'girly', crushing on korrina gives me a sense of girl power empowerment and lots of eternal joy (annnd less of a freaked out reaction to 'boy stuff', of course, since she's also tomboyish~), and i'm just glad too that i'm also learning finally that its okay and harmless to love and like girly things AS MUCH AS I WANT ^_^

Life is the best gift in the world, cuz it really isn't the dark, black and white thing I used to believe it was. I'm even getting over word phobias i've had for nearly ten years now!!!! :D
