The Bingo Caller's description says that they can lure a senior, so I don't think the Alien can be recruited. The plastic coin does seem to point to bingo chips, but the gnawing is really weird... And the person is described as a "toothy man," though not sure who that would point to.

Idk guys, gnawing off an arm does not seem like a human thing to do, I still say alien. Maybe the bingo caller tried to recruit the alien and failed, hence chip?

Could still be the alien:

The Alien sensed a tall man entering the Nursing Home. It knew what had to be done. It took the form of an old man. Not even the most observant of nosy cats or agents would be able to see through it's disguise.

In any case, that still doesn't really help us narrow down anything at this point. I hope this doesn't come back to bite me since I'm on it and it's getting smaller, but we still have Johnny's list. No one else has come forward with a different list so far so I'm inclined to believe that one of these people are bad.

The cat would certainly make more sense if it was only about gnawing of the arm. But the cat is NOT an old man, but it IS a member of the Nursing home, so it would be successfully recruited by Mr. Rogers.
From the description I'm pretty convinced a third party role was recruited. Since it says there was absolutly no discussion. But since noone seems to have any idea who Ash might have recruited, that's probably not going to help us ...
