So, are you an introvert or an extrovert? Is it possible that maybe you are in between? If you aren't sure of what your social rating is, you can take this to get a general idea.

As for me, I think I could be more of an introvert myself. However, it depends mostly on my mood. There are times when I can be so quiet that I don't exist. Other times, you can't get me to shut up about something. 8D It really depends on the topic. Plus, my social skills are very random and awkward. I end up turning a lot of people away because I am just so random at talking. I could go up to someone and start talking about Pokemon, and I won't even bother with the usual small talk of "hey how are you".

Online, I am more social than i realize. I'm kind of the loner here on PC... but I still have that tiny little circle of friends though. On Skype, I always need to have at least one person to talk to. If not, then I get bored very easily. Most times, I can keep to myself though and just go through my daily routine, whether it's writing a story or playing a video game. It all depends on what I'm dealing with. I also go through a lot of burn outs as well. I could be social for hours, and then I could get home. I'll go straight to my room to recuperate from a long day of being social. It can often take a lot out of me at times. ><

Enough about me though, I want to know if any of you PCers are introverted or extroverted (or in between)! So, what are you? :D

    p.introverted

now we see the population post in a ratio of about 4 introverts to 1 extrovert and observe how an online Pokémon forum draws mostly introverts.

for our next experiment we're going to learn what happens when walls are painted and whether salt dissolves in water.

Extrovert! I'll talk to anyone. I'm not affectionate, but I can be pretty warm and friendly. I like engaging with others, but at the same time, I value my solitude and need to get away a lot. All in all, I do enjoy company and conversation.

I don't need any test to tell me that I'm introverted, I already know that I definitely am. :D And not just saying that because I'm not the most social of people (sometimes I don't mind talking, sometimes it's next to impossible to get me to start), but I actually cannot be around too many people for too long or I'm going to start feeling extremely drained. I guess a small group of people is okay, but anything more than that and uhhh. I dunno.

Online it's slightly better. But not by a whole lot. I mean, I don't become a social butterfly just by being online, but the whole "feeling drained" thing isn't nearly as strong as in real life.

People who have interacted with me online always think I'm an extrovert irl. Wrong. I'm actually an introvert irl. It's not easy when you have anxiety and you have so much shyness taking over you. i also value my alone time, too. So even though I have friends and an active social life irl, I do like to do things on my own.

Introvert with extroverted tendencies. My favourite passtime is to be with my friends and go exploring with them, and I adore making new friends and talking to people. However, I get extremely drained easily and I can't spend long periods of time around people; I need to take breaks on my own where I rest and recharge.

extrovert though im lazy as hell and a lost of people (mainly my mom) feel that im the opposite

I'm kind of both, depending on the situation.

In real life I feel more like an introvert, because for around 2-3 years I had been suffering anti-social issues where I feel like I cannot make myself fit in the outside world of sociality, plus I have no real life friends which explains everything.

More of an extrovert online, particularly here on PC. I feel like that the members here were like the friends I never had, and that helps me feel a bit better.

I've wavered between the two over the years. When I was younger I was really extroverted; I took the opinions of others with a grain of salt. The latter ends of high school I was more self-concious, shy and introverted but since I've left high school I'd like to say I've found a nice middle-ground. I'm not overly in-your-face extroverted, but at the same time, I'm not the quiet kid in the corner. I like socialising, sharing, laughing and presenting my views on things among many other things that constitutes extroversion.

Extroverted. I like talking to other people, and I can get pretty loud at times, haha.

Introvert. I feel very relaxed being alone at home and it recharges my batteries so much. Offline I'm very picky with who I befriend and that's probably because there are few people I'd actually have the energy/interest to hang out with outside of home, aha. Am very lazy too though.. those hold back many of my extroverted desires. :(
