    So, what time do you usually go to bed? Do you sleep in late or wake up early? What's your sleep schedule like?

    I have a fucked up sleep schedule. It's like this for many reasons. I like to wake up early because I don't have to worry about messing up my meds. I have been going to bed between 8 and 10 lately, but that depends on my mood.
     
    I did really good this week and went to bed around 11:30 midnight, wanting to get into a routine. Now I just came back from the work Christmas do and it's almost 1:00am.

    There's always next week...
     
    No job right now so no bedtime. Buuuut I try to get to bed by 1am, though, and don't usually get up later than 10am. My ideal is bed by midnight, up by 8am because that's when my raid time is in one of my mobile games.
     
    mine is terrible, i mostly sleep at 3 - 6am to always wake up at 12pm, i like to sleep in late and wake up the earliest possible considering the time i slept.

    I get in bed at 12:20AM (unless there's a late Indians/Cavs game), and then start trying for sleep anywhere from 1:30AM to 1:55AM.
     
    I've been doing much better recently going to bed around Midnight or 1 AM and getting up in the morning. I used to be up till 5 or 6 or even 7 AM and sleeping well into the afternoon, till like 4 or 5.
     
    Eh, I try not to stay up too late because I tend not to be able to sleep if I find myself having a run of early starts at work, and napping during the day is a no-no.

    So, I normally aim to be in bed by 11pm, i've been a bit lax recently however, and i've found myself staying up until 1am (or some nights, past that). Not good.
     
    I've said this before but I don't have a circadian rhythm. So I'm awake/asleep at all sorts of random times. I'll go through phases we're I sleep normally, times we're I don't sleep at all, time's we're I'm sleeping constantly and, my personal favourite, times I become nocturnal. It was easier to manage before I got sick because I had places to be but now that I'm stuck in bed all the time it's not so easy.
     
    I have a poor sleep schedule. I go to bed around 1am, then wake up from 3-5, then I'm fully away from 9am until 1am the next day.
     
    My sleep schedule is wholly dependent on when I need to be in a location other than my house/room/apartment. If I don't have to be anywhere, I will usually go to bed at midnight or 1 a.m. and sleep until 9 a.m./10 a.m. respectively. If I do have to be somewhere, I usually wake up 2 hours before. One hour dedicated to actually waking up/checking social media, one hour to actually get ready and leave. I never, ever, ever wake up before 6 a.m. if I don't have to.

    Last year, due to classes and obligations, I had to wake up at 6 a.m. every single weekday, which meant being in bed by 10 p.m. every day if I wanted to be well-rested. With loud roommates playing Fortnite, this was not an easy task, and I don't miss that year one bit.

    When I have class or other commitments I'll go to bed no later than 1AM. However, if I'm not doing anything the next day I will typically not go to bed until 3AM (4AM at the latest). I will almost never wake up later than 12PM because every time I've checked my clock after waking up and seen that it's afternoon, I've felt horrible for the rest of the day.
     
    Depends - when I have school I go to bed between 11:30 - 2:30 depending on how much I relax before sleeping, or if I have work to do late etc. I wake up at 7am every weekday when I have school but otherwise generally wake up at 8:30 - 9:00 on weekends where I tend to sleep at 2 - 3AM. In holidays I might stay up really late if hanging out with friends in diff timezones but most of the time I still try to go to bed before 3 and wake up earlier as it throws me off if I wake up later than 10am.
