    Name change season. The dreaded n and c words.

    What are you guys changing your names to? I'm torn between Carnival, Karnavaly and Yuuto...
     
    I've always wondered why this is a thing... not just here, but anywhere.

    I strongly believe in the concept of branding and identity. For online gaming purposes I almost always use the same tag or a variant of the tag.

    For instance, the current name I use here is specifically for the Pokemon visual novel I'm working on, as the developer. The same name can be found on whichever sites that host the current game's demo and the Twitter account/YouTube channel are represented by the umbrella group name.
     
    the only time i would be changing is if arsenicCatnip is available for me to take. Other that that, I doubt I have any reason to take any other name.
     
    I don't plan on changing my username any time soon. It might change but we'll see.
     
    I'm going to stick with my name for...forever I think. Or until I think of something I cannot resist changing to. Plus, I'm confident that my username screams 'me,' so I'm content with that!
     
    I'll change back to Fairy at some point in the future because I believe that it's is the most emblematic of my personality, but for now I am Kirby. :)
     
    I may change mine, although I haven't fully decided if I will. If I do I'm thinking about one of names to switch to. The first is Zoroark Cutie since I've been going by it since Halloween on the Battle Server and Skype, and I know and have heard from some people since day 1 that I did that that I should make the change to my PC username as well for various reasons. The second is Bubbles because some people have been calling and nicknaming me it, and it has somewhat grown on me and I may change to it if it has not been taken. I am gonna think about it and decide sometime soon on rather if I want to change it or not, and what I want to have it switched to if I do want to change.

    I've been debating going back to Zeria or getting something new, but I'm quite happy with Meloetta...and I know if I do change it it'll be gone within six months and I'll experience soul-crushing regret that I lost a username I was very lucky to get in the first place. So, nope. Probably no change.

    I can understand the risk when you ditch a simple Pokemon name, because it's likely you may not be able to get it back.
