Tater tot hotdish, probably. Cream-cheese carrot cake, while not stereotypical of the area, is a unique flavor. Honeycrisp apple might be a flavor, too. Root beer float Kit-Kats would probably go over alright here, too.

Also deep-fried Kit Kat bars on a stick would probably be a popular unofficial variant.
