Last One to Post Wins! v4

At least the PC Discord still has a place for more serious topics for those that are interested in them, I however am not. ^^

I'm quite frankly much more interested in winning lol. :p

I got some time finally, hence I am here to snatch the victory by help of Hoopa Ring ✌️ !!

After all no one can win in Discord; they just keep moving like in rat-race.
:tongue::tongue::tongue::tongue::tongue:

I like discord but I think better discussions happen on the forums where the chat doesn't move so fast; on disc if you have to leave for 15 minutes the subject of conversation will probably have completely changed, while there are threads from years ago on here that are still active.

I tend to not really jump in at all if there's a lot of people actively chatting (or talking irl for that matter).

I've never been (nor do I ever intend to be) on Discord, so I'm completely ignorant regarding what goes on in it.

Ignorance is bliss. *Blissfully wins*

I haven't been in a group chat in many years, but irl there's birthdays and I always just awkwardly hang off to the side not really interacting with anyone after giving my present.

it can be fun if it's with friends!

I feel like everything can be great if you have good friends around. Watching a boring show? Have your friends over to crack a few jokes and make it a more lighthearted experience. Do you have a group project? With friends, your experience can be either more efficient and organised or a chaotic and fun excuse to hang out, sometimes both! Wanna go to an event or cool place like a fun fair or theme park? With friends, the experience can be 10 times better!

Though many times I feel that being self-sufficient is important than being looking for others. No doubt that there are many cases when we might need someone, but for that we can't constraint ourselves.

Like other people have said, if a group chat is just several friends talking it can usually be fun. The trouble seems to arise when you have a large number of people who are all chattering away and not really leaving any time nor space for any decent conversations and experiences to occur.

I definitely feel that, I always seem to have a really hard time starting or joining conversations with friends IRL, so I end up not saying anything and feeling like a 3rd/4th/5th wheel.
