Let's talk about weather...

You people with rain and snow, you should send some of that stuff to those who need most...like us Californianos. :D?

I don't mind the shoveling at all xD

-sends over clouds- Do what you want with them, we've had enough >: ( Also, can I hire you to shovel our snow then? XD

9:30 AM and still no sign of the snow that I was told was coming. This is confusing.

Probably a blizzard. That just sounds terrible and doing 120 damage with me being a dragon/flying type, I stand no chance

lol.

I appreciate your generous amount of sympathy OTL Hm, blizzard would mean a lot of shovelling, but freezing rain can be really dangerous because of black ice.

Well, in a blizzard, you're more likely to get stuck or blown off of the road, while with freezing rain you're more likely to slide into something else on or near the road. Visibility is pretty damn crappy in both.

You're welcome to drive up here with refrigerated trucks to take all our snow away!

Lots of clouds and rain for a week, then sunny skies :]

Australian weather never stays constant.

I miss rainy weather. :(

Though I'd rather not have Australian heat. Those temps sound brutally horrifying. D:

I'm glad I am back home from traveling to Washington D.C. At least it is much warmer now than when I left.

Can you send that warmer weather up this way so maybe we can stay above freezing this weekend? We kinda have been having a mix of freezing rain and snow for the past 3 hours and it's starting to get windy. We're due to have several nights below 0 F as well over the next few days, so the ice may be there for a few days given the salt and sand shortages. :(

It's still pretty warm here. I'm planning to wear shorts this time. Last night I went to school with a long sleeve shirt and I was...yuck.

I'm on my way! /books flight

I'll send you some sand, but I am keeping the warmer weather. Not that I minded my wife and I keeping each other warm during our stay up north...

Where were you? D: I ended up having to shovel wet snow earlier! Today was the strangest weather I've seen in Canada. It was falling wet snow during the afternoon, while my sister and I were shovelling, it started to turn into rain. By the end of the night, roads were slushy, filled with humungous water puddles and thundering! Canada needs to get its crap together...

That's almost the opposite of what we got here in MN, though the lightning was not something we really had with the freezing rain in the morning. Lots of wet snow and icy sleet throughout the afternoon, though, with a lot of it being slush on the roads but powder white just off of them. The powerful gusts (we're talking gust of up to 60 MPH/100 km/h) rolled in just after 6 PM locally, and I've been spending most of the evening listening to the gusts whip by.

I've given up on trying to clear the driveway or sidewalk for tonight. I'm waiting until those winds die down.

Apparently, this year marks the second worst winter in the history of Michigan. Snowfall records have been broken statewide, and heating bills have shot through the roof. Everything began melting yesterday, and was followed by rain, more snow, and high winds. I skipped school today because of it (I have to walk).

i adore chilly weather. i like the smell of crisp air and i love wearing winter clothes like coats and winter hats and scarves. i also think snow is cool, though im a floridian and ive never really been in snow besides when i was very little when my family was caught in a blizzard in idaho.

Ugh, yeah, that weird storm has been followed by abnormal winds lately...Thank goodness I have reading week so I don't have to go out there unless absolutely necessary. And shovelling wet snow is a pain. Was out there shovelling for an hour with my sister, and I definitely felt it the next day. Now my left shoulder is nearly out of commission. Really hoping the spring weather comes around soon.

We had issues getting the snowthrower to handle all that snow. :(

Roads are still really slick here, and with the lows expected to be in the negative double digits Fahrenheit here, I don't think that'll be changing anytime soon.

I don't expect to see an end to this until early April, tbh.

No, let's not talk about the weather. Seriously CAN WINTER JUST END?

Sorry. I'm just fed up with the cold, snow, and all the crap we've had here. I need a vacation away from the weather...

Snowthrower? You mean snowblower, or is that another name for it? XD I'm not a big fan of snowblowers, to be honest; dad uses it, but since he's not home often my sister and I end up shovelling anyway -.-

Same! D: I'm close to raging my butt out of Canada and moving somewhere else.

Two days later and I've got mostly blue skies outside my window. You wouldn't be able to tell that a blizzard was rolling in within an hour and a half if it wasn't for a few things violently swaying in the wind.

Also tomorrow's morning low in my town is -18 F. I don't wanna go outside for the next 24 hours.

Those are the weirdest situations! It's the calm before the storm D: It happens often during the summer I think when it will be blue skies for most of the day then 30 minutes later there will be ominous looking clouds looming over the city.

We haven't seen any snow for the past few days, which is good, but it's been kind of chilly. Here's to hoping there's no snowfall this weekend so I can go visit my friends in different cities~

Well, it was snowing today in the morning, but it stopped in the afternoon. I really want this snow to die. It's killing the grass and the leaves. >_>

But on the good side, at least it isn't getting ridiculously dark outside super early now. And the skies have been clear more recently, for the most part.
