Motion Sickness

Who else here immediately gets dizzy and nauseous on moving cars/buses/trains/boats? Personally, if it's open-aired, it's perfectly ok. If it's closed and air-conditioned though, it's usually fine until I try to read something. Like earlier I tried reading through Discord chat while in a taxi and it just made me feel woozy as hell.

Not overly sea-sick but I was once a while back on a cruise with family, and one night wasn't the best. But maybe it was something I ate, and I was fine the next day.

I can't really read too long in a car either, that can make me nauseous.

Looks like a couple folks here are similar to me in the reading regard. I tend to get envious over my cousin's capability to literally watch videos while in a car. I can't fathom doing that without needing to open a window to puke.

I don't get motion sick at all. I can play games, watch a video, or read perfectly fine in the car. I often will write on my phone in the car to avoid being more present in the moment. I really, REALLY hate being in the car and get anxious about the traffic around me so I appreciate the distraction so I don't have a panic attack.

I don't get sick, but being in a car gives me anxiety due to past events with accidents and such. I don't have a license so it was me as the passenger.

I have no issue on trains and planes. Boats and buses are the worst, even without reading I can get motion sick on both fairly easily. I think cars generally not unless the roads are super windy or I make the mistake of trying to read. I remember a car ride after surgery was the worst motion sickness I had ever felt, those 10 minutes were the worst :P

Oh I LOVE being on boats! I literally considered joining the Navy because of it. I'm super interested in naval ships and subs.

Fortunately not much anymore! Except if I go in a longer car ride after just eating something, eventually it can get me a bit nauseous. I used to be terrible with this as a little kid though. Like, nausea almost every time when being in cars, we had to stop several times during drives in case I threw up. :x

Nah, don't get motion sickness, if I'm being honest. Never really have? Then again, who knows now? haven't been in a car in over a year.

I had car sickness as a little kid and would throw up after a while. I grew out of it and became accustomed to long rides.
