I have to get reminded several times to do things and then I probably still won't do it or remember to do it. I usually remember to do things at like 2 or 3 am when I'm getting tired.

Sounds like me, but it's more like.. my memory is fine, it just only takes 15 seconds to distract me for three hours. Then I'm not distracted by the thing anymore, and I go "Oh, I need to go do the dishes".
