I will only be battling OU and mixed tier until further notice. Again, I don't have a well put together team for other tiers.

So I'll be sticking to showdown. I hope to have a fun time and win at least one battle. I have been researching, practicing, testing, and stuff so be ready (it's my first team ever. I still need to EV train and iv breed.). To be honest, I'm kind of nervous.

People can use your opponents' replays anyway, or battle you and use that information. While I trust you not to cheat, we don't have any proof aside from replays that each battle took place and was finished.
